The sunset dinner cruise is a must experience - The sunset dinner cruise is always one of the highlights of the trip, the staff is friendly and fun and makes the experience awesome. The food is always delicious and top quality overall an excellent time every time.

Beautiful Aruba Sunsets and Warm Hospitality - This was our second time taking this sunset sail cruise. Captain Bostich (might be spelling that wrong) and Junior were great hosts. We had about 15 people on the boat and a cruise like this in Aruba is perfect for relaxing and enjoying some quality time on the water. Sunsets in Aruba are beautiful and this trip is about 2 hours in length that goes by quickly. The quality of the food is very good - beef, chicken, fish for main courses. I do wish they had some white wine at the open bar, but there are plenty of other choices so you should be well taken care of.

Luxury wine & dine - Unfortunately I forgot the captains name but our bar tender was Junior and they both did an excellent job and were very friendly. Got to see a very pretty sunset and the food was delicious as well. Would definitely book this again and recommend.

Sunset dinner sail with Red Sail - Great overall trip. Crew was welcoming and great entire time with them. Mixture of sailing and motor use. Open bar and food was pretty decent. Anchored off sore for dinner. Went back to start in the dark, great night views of the shoreline. Highly recommended.

Great customer service - My husband and I showed up for the Wednesday night dinner sunset cruise however I just didn’t feel well after being in the sun all day. I asked the lady at the front desk if there was anyway we could come back any other day of the week and she said sure come back tomorrow.
We did lose out on the dinner part of the cruise, but we still got to experience the boat - and the sunset. She had everything set up for the following day; extremely accommodating, considering it was very last minute and we absolutely loved our sunset cruise!

Terrible Customer Service, Would NOT Recommend Red Sail - Extremely disappointing experience with Red Sail terrible customer service and would not recommend booking with this company. Was booked for a sunset cruise and paid to be picked up from the hotel. When the driver failed to arrive, we called the Red Sail customer service, who rudely told us that we selected a different hotel and that it said the location in our instructions email. In fact, the instructions email said nothing of the sort. We had to taxi to the cruise site and the employee there said they would refund our taxi cost if we we email the company. Once we emailed the company explaining our experience, we were once again told it was our fault for picking the wrong hotel for pickup during booking (once again, we were not told what hotel in the instructions email, otherwise we would have called to change it) and we would go no refund. I would recommend giving your money to another company because Red Sail lacks basic customer service.
