Had a great time! - Amazing experience with Cross Aruba tours. The half day tour of National park & baby beach is a perfect way to get a feel of the Island, every sight was beautiful and the finishing the tour with baby beach is very relaxing/refreshing. The ride was great, you get a nice salt water breeze the whole time. Special thanks to our amazing tour guide Mark!!

Great time - We had a very fun time. The tour was informative and well timed. Although it was short I didn’t feel rushed or under a time constraint. We went 4/21/25. I forgot the young man’s name, but he was very knowledgeable and accommodating.

Cross Aruba Tours - Wonderful Guide & Tour - Randy, our Tour Guide, was fantastic. He shared the history, evolution and growth of the island and its people. So many interesting and insight facts and information it was just amazing his knowledge and recall. We never felt rushed and he always made himself available to answer our many questions. We could Randy was extremely proud to share his home island with us. We thanked him for that as it made our trip even more special.
We highly recommend this trip if you visit Aruba. We would also suggest you bring a good pair of glasses or even goggles as driving in an open canopy vehicle around the wind around the island can get gusty. Also when you stop at Baby Beach check out Big Mama Grill.

It is worth the time and... - It is worth the time and money! It was awesome! Our tour guide, RANDY, was so good! He took his time and explained everything so well! Would highly recommend to everyone!

There were 8 in our... - There were 8 in our party. What a great morning. Randy was on time and took us to some amazing caves. Open air travel was fun. Seeing the park was a different experience and interesting. We ended up at baby beach and had a relaxing cool dip in crystal clear water. A great tour. 👍

Fun and informative! - Oscar was a great tour guide! Thoroughly enjoyed the tour and he was full of interesting information and lots of fun! Definitely recommend the tour and especially Oscar as a guide!

Absolutely terrible no communication on day of tour I had to contact trip advisor never again !!! - I booked this trip well in advance, I called the day before to confirm everything and asked if they had room for another couple we were told to meet the driver at our hotel before 8:00 we were there at 7:45 waited till 8:45 no show, called Trip advisor only to be told our trip was cancelled, now my whole day was ruined, to late to get a palapa at beach or table at pool, the tour company never contacted us, I had 3 prior emails, texts, etc prior to the day of the tour, very disappointed that no one could contact me after confirming everything the day before, I will not use your company ever again and told the concierge my disappointment and to not book this tour

Poor management - They over booked the tour. We got up early & waited for our 8:10 pick up they came 15 minutes late with bus full not a place for the 2 of us to sit not even sure why they came. Driver was nice & apologetic saying it was overbooked. Not sure why someone didn’t try to call us & work something else out instead of having us get up early & wait for nothing. Poor management for the company.
