This was such a beautiful... - This was such a beautiful experience. Just being over the water and seeing all of Aruba it was gorgeous.

Call the place you will be doing your excursion from, and check weight requirements. - They should check the weight limit, my husband and I wanted to go together, but couldn't so he didn't want to go. We were informed less than 24hs in advance so we could not get a refund. Other than that I enjoyed myself, and our guides were awesome.

Fun in the air - Great time. Friendly and professional staff. The staff took great pictures and videos of us. Easy instructions. Views are spectacular! It is windy so you will move around more than other parasailing trips. Spectacular views.

The boat captain and... - The boat captain and first mate were excellent! They were very friendly and made the experience less scary.

Kind crew and lovely views - The check in was easy, the boat ride was good and the parasailing was great! The crew was nice and helpful, they taught us everything we needed to know before going on the parasail. We saw a turtle in the water too! There is a great view of Aruba from out there.

The crew was great and... - The crew was great and made this a lot of fun. My kids loved the parasailing and really enjoyed themselves!

A+ for this Adrenaline Rush - Great fun and great customer service. Workers were patient in explaining the process and the ride itself was great. There was 3 of us so since this is a tandem parasail, one of us got to up twice without any extra cost.

Poor maintenance put lives at risk - We took two 18 year old grandchildren to this parasailing company. When it was their turn they were about 100 feet in the air and the connecting rope broke. The metal bar holding the harnesses flew back at them with one getting a bloody nose and the other on this tandem flight getting hit in the head. With the.metal bar, wet parachute and long rope pulling them down, even with life vests they came close to drowning before the boat turned around and rescued them. The crew of the boat actually were tying the broken line together and expected them to try again. Terrible experience, obviously poor equipment maintenance standards.
