Excellent For Scuba Diving - We went on 5 Scuba Dives with this company within a week and can’t say enough how amazing the staff was. Everyone was super friendly and the company is EXTREMELY safe when it comes to diving. Our 2 dive masters were some of the best we’ve been with. Our last dive was a night dive and to our surprise we were the only two divers going out. (It was a private charter!) I guess due to someone canceling. They very easily could have told us to reschedule or just given us a refund but they took the boat out without any hesitation and guided myself and my husband through our first night dive! It was without a doubt the best part of our vacation! I can’t recommend this company enough!

great first experience - I took my 2 boys (16 & 18) along with my brother in law to experience scuba diving. Manny (the instructor) was super knowledgeable, patient and instrumental in our great experience. He guided us in every way and made sure safety was number 1 at all times. He knew the secrets of the area (where interesting marine life hides. For example, eel and octopus. The captain, Cliff also maintain safety protocols but he was a bit more serious.

10/10 - I went with my family and I had an outstanding time! Together we are three divers and we went on a total of 5 dives. Ozzy the dive master lead us on each trip and he is incredible! My Dad has hundreds of dives in different places and he believes that Ozzy was the best dive master to date! He was extremely thorough, funny, kind, and accommodating. He was very knowledgeable of each dive site and made sure we got the most out of each dive. Additionally, the captain was very cool and made sure that each trip was safe and smoothly run. I recommend Red Sail scuba diving to anyone going to Aruba, especially if you're staying in the Hyatt. One important thig to note is that one of our dives was canceled because another dive master was sick. While this was sad, the front desk was able to reschedule us for later in the week and was extremely helpful during the process. Overall my experience was incredible, even though Aruba isn't a premiere dive location. If you're planning on going i would try and plana dive for the Antilla and the Renaissance airplane as those were my favorite of the 5 sites we visited.

Excellent trip - We went out on a single tank dive. My wife couldn't go so they allowed me to use her credit on another dive. Went back out 2 days later on a two tank dive. Captain Rudy and dive masters were very friendly, helpful, and professional. I highly recommend this company.

Great dives! Organization needs work. - Great dives! Very memorable experience with quality dive masters, captains and equipment. Organization needs work. Red Sail just recently changed their CRM and there are communication hiccups and then you have to keep track of how much you are charged. Other than that, the experience was great.

Red Sail Aruba is the best - The group at Red Sail Aruba is awesome. I thought my week was ruined, when the dive shop I contacted weeks in advance, let me down. Luckily the concierge at the hotel I was staying in told me to contact Red Sail. They not only set me up with some great dives, last minute, they also lined up transportation for me to and from the dock.

dont dive with red sail aruba - Awful coordination between office and boat. We booked three divers and four snorkelers. They told us upon arrival that the kids could not come aboard. As we were about to cancel they said the kids would now be able to come. They then didnt have fins for our youngest (8 years old) because no one told them snorkelers were coming. Lastly, the second dive was interrupted to return to dock and pick up more passengers and then rushed for only 20 minutes worth of diving. Felt like the crew of the boat just wanted to get us home as fast as they could. While I dove with them 20 years ago and was looking forward to reconnecting, I cannot recommend them at this point.

What a shambles!! - I booked my dives a month before arriving in Aruba - fortunately I called to check if all ok the day I arrived. I found out at all reservations had been canceled for some reason. New reservation was made only to be cancelled the day of the dive. What a mess. Website is bad, none of the numbers listed answer..very poor. Aruba has tons of scuba operations- do not use red sail. I recommend Palm Beach Divers if you in the area around Marriott.
