Safe and comfortable transit from the Bangkok Airport to the hotel. - Receiving staff were courteous. Driver courteous, helpful and efficient. He drove with care. The car was spacious with effective air conditioning. The whole trip was comfortable. Best if customers can be told to go to the Meeting Area of the arrival hall. I thought someone would be waiting for me at the exit from the Immigration.

Great ride service - Responsive and helpful even when our flight was delayed! Met us and helped with our bags at the meeting point, directed us to the vehicle (clean, quiet, and good temperature) and we had a leisurely ride to our hotel.

Easy transportation to your hotel - Great transportation! The company worked with us and had excellent communication. Once we got to the airport in Bangkok, we were able to get wifi and message the driver. They were flexible, even though our flight was delayed by 30 minutes or so. Once you leave baggage claim, they are waiting for you with a sign with your name on It.

My flight got in after... - My flight got in after midnight. I had confirmed my ride with the driver the day before. Driver told me where to wait but he was not there. When I called him, he told me it was a busy night and I needed to wait. After I protested some other driver from the company showed up. The driver was fine and pointed out that there was bottled water if I so desired.
