Book now! Amazing - Excellent cultivated experience with the producers in the area! Thoroughly enjoyed all three! The Parmigiano Reggiano cheese manufacturer was an informative tour with a humorous tour guide. The wine tour was good and the wine excellent. The lunch at the home of a balsamic vinegar producer was over the top! And all products were affordable! Book this experience and you won't regret it! Hopefully you'll get Ricardo as your guide! He was amazing

Wonderful and informative day - This was an incredible trip and we got to see the best of the region! The wine and museum tour was fun and informative, and out guide had a lot of personality. The cheese farm was great, and again we had an excellent guide. The balsamic vinegar tasting and estate tour was out favorite. Highly recommend to anyone in the Bologna or Florence area

What an incredible tour - tour guide not so much - What an incredible tour! Sep 2022 Every stop was outstanding especially the host for the Moderna balsamic vinegar at his estate. The lunch served here was over the top FANTASTIC! The risotto with a drop of 25 year old balsamic vinegar left us speechless. Homemade lemoncello and walnut liqueur to wrap up the visit. WOW is all we could say on the drive back to Bologna. The process for making the parmesan reggiano was amazing and so informative too. Our host knew the business very well and explained it so easy to follow and understand. All in all a great excursion. Just wish we could've had more time to order something. The reason for the 4 stars was that our driver was overly pushy at the farm where the cheese is made and rushed us to wrap it up so could go to the next stop. Very rude while we were in the middle of the cheese tasting. We didn't feel that we had any time to shop in the store or order any of the cheeses since he pulled the van around and did everything just short of honking the horn. Then in the van he was constantly on his phone and using the radio speaker since it was hands free so very loud. If possible, I'd like to find the contact information for the farm making the cheese so we could order some.
