For arrival transfers from the airport, your driver will be waiting for you at the airport’s meeting point. The meeting point is located in the main hall of the airport, with directions indicated on signs inside the airport. Your driver will be there approximately 45 to 60 minutes after landing, holding a welcome sign.
Your flight will be monitored, so in case of a delay or an early arrival, your driver will adjust accordingly. Please turn on your phone so we can contact you if needed. There is free Wi-Fi at the airport.

Easy and Efficient Transfer to our Hotel - Our hotel was about 25 minutes from the Schiphol Airport so this was an easy solution to locating it. The driver was waiting for us as we exited our United flight and had our name displayed so we could identify him. He knew exactly where the hotel was located and transported us and our luggage in a comfortable, clean and new-looking vehicle. Plus he was friendly and answered any questions we had. This was an excellent introduction to Amsterdam and we appreciated the service.

Great Service - Our flight was delayed by 7 hours. When we arrived in Amsterdam we were pleasantly surprised to receive a message from our driver that he would see us at baggage claim.

Reliable & Nice Driver - Heard from our drive immediately upon landing. He was very great with communicating back and forth to let us know where he will be and where to meet him. He gave us waters when we got into the car. He was very nice and even gave us some recommendations.

Fast and efficient transfer in to Amsterdam - Very efficient, easy to find our driver. He was great too! Gave us a little insight into the city and we felt very safe in his care. It worked out great! Comfortable, clean car. I nice way to enter the city after a very long flight. Highly recommend this company.

Reliable and efficient service - Martin did a great job of communicating with us for the airport pickup and was very patient as we had to wait over an hour for my mobility scooter to be delivered.

Easy Private Transfer - Nick was pleasant and on time. He texted me as soon as our flight landed to confirm meeting location. It is always good to know exactly where your driver will be waiting. Recommend this transfer, expecially for travel weary travelers.

Excellent Car Service at Amsterdam airport. - First time flying into Amsterdam. All communication from Viator was timely and informative. Our driver was in communication with us as soon as we landed and met us as soon as we gathered our checked baggage. He was very personable and helpful loading and unloading our baggage.

Good means of transport - The communication with the driver about pickup after I arrived in Amsterdam was good. The vehicle was very nice and transport to my hotel went well. The one thing that wasn't so good was the driver walked very fast to the parking garage, at times leaving me 20-25 feet behind, without looking back to see where I was. I kept him in view so all worked out ok but it was very inconsiderate.
