Highly recommend! - Went on this trip with my partner and we had an amazing time! First, we went to a little village where local people were making baskets - it felt like a truly authentic experience as we had to walk through a h whole village to get to the place where a couple of locals showed us how they make baskets. We then went to the Lung Ngoc Hoang nature reserve where we took a small boat and drifted through small canals across the wild forest. Our guide, Pi (🐝) was great - very friendly, informative and funny. We had a great time together and I’d definitely recommend the trip to anyone who would like to have a good time whilst discovering some off track and rural sides of this part of Vietnam. It definitely did not feel like an organised tour!

Must try experience - David, our guide was amazing. He answered all our questions and knew a lot of information about the history of Vietnam and the current problems in the country. The tour was the best experience in Vietnam until now. We were lucky to see many birds and the boat tour was very different and special for us. We also see a duck farm and some rice fields. In the end we were at the family that is making bamboo baskets, this also was amazing. We went through all the steps of making one basket and could try ourselves some processes. Worth every penny. I totally recommend the tour and David as guide:)

Splendid morning trip - Usually when we book a tour with english guide, people don’t speak that well so there is a barrier between us. With David this barrier did not exist. He speaks english almost like a native. The trip was so insightful because of him and the conversations that we had. More than the spectacular views, the birds, rice field, bamboo basket workshop, splendid Mekong canal, i can’t recommend David enough. If you want to make your trip 10x times for interesting do ask for him.

Great day - Great day and our guide was just adorable. The boat ride, the floating market, the cocoa tour, the rice noodle factory. Everything was really great. You can go there with your eyes closed to have a great day 🥰

Beautiful and serene nature reserve, definitely recommend! - We very much enjoyed our trip to Lung Ngoc Hoang! Everything went really smooth. Our pick up was in the morning and then we drove to the reserve. It was very calm and the nature was beautiful. The canals with all the water plants were very impressive. After the boat ride, we visited the rice fields and ducks and had some fresh fruits. After walking back through the reserve, we visited a local village and saw how they make authentic bamboo baskets. It was a gift to see what the local life is like. We had a very sweet and good speaking English guide, who took good care of us! Would definitely recommend!

Great tour - We went on a great tour today. First we were picked up at our hotel by our sympathetic tour guide Pii, who was very helpful and answered all our questions. First we went to a village known for basket weaving. There we were allowed to work on our own. Then we went to the nature reserve. That was really great because we were really alone in nature. For us this was a fantastic experience. Just relax and watch rice fields and birds. We also got to taste tasty fruit. We also got nice pictures and videos at the end.

Unforgettable experience of the nature around the delta. - I had an incredible experience on this tour, which was well-structured from start to finish. Our first stop was the Basket-making village, where we not only got to see how baskets are skillfully woven but also had the chance to take part in this centuries-old tradition ourselves. It was such a unique and hands-on activity—especially for someone like me who’s used to working with a keyboard! The best part? There was no pressure to buy any souvenirs. The second stop was the nature reserve, and it was absolutely stunning. We boarded a boat and learned fascinating insights about the Mekong Delta's nature and history. The variety of animals we encountered was remarkable, and we even got the chance to climb a tower, which offered breathtaking views of the countryside. On one side, we could see lush rice fields, and on the other, the expansive reserve. To top it all off, we sampled a variety of delicious local foods. The guide's English was flawless, and they provided so much valuable information and useful tips throughout the trip. This tour was 100% worth the money and time. By far one of the most enriching experiences I’ve had!
