- Socca - - A special savory pancake made with chickpea flour. Crispy outside and soft inside, the Socca is an essential of Nice Street Food.
- Pissaladière - A tasty onion tart made with a kind of pizza paste, traditionally cooked in a wood oven and topped with olives and anchovies.
- Pan Bagnat - Bread soaked in fragrant olive oil and enveloped a filling of fresh salad, hard-boiled eggs, raw onions and tomatoes with anchovies.
- Petite Farcis - A classical dish of provenzal cuisine, seasonal fresh vegetables stuffed with a delicious mix of sausage and aromatic herbs, oven cooked.

Outstanding tour! - Lena took us on a most outstanding food tour. She is so knowledgeable about everything food related in Nice. We learned about local delicacies as well as sampling so many different foods. Lena kept the group engaged and paced the tour for maximum enjoyment. By the time we finished the tour, we were full and made great friends. Thanks Lena!

Great time with Leo eating our way through Old Town, Nice - A nice time walking around Vieux Nice (Old Town) with tour guide Leo and two other couples, visiting some eateries, plus an olive oil and vinegar tasting at a local shop that's been around for many, many years. (Yes, I did buy the mango vinegar because it was so good, but there is no pressure to purchase anything.) The tour was just shy of 4 hours with some cultural and historical commentaries thrown in as we walked, so that was really nice. Food was the casual type (pan bagnat [tuna nicoise half-sandwich] and fried swiss chard "ravioli" from 2 different street shops, socca pancakes, tapenades, onion and tomato focaccia pizzas, and dessert at Chez Pipo restaurant, and then gelato afterward on the walk back). Definitely be hungry when you go. Thank you to Leo for a wonderful time.
I recommend this tour. We did it on our last night in Nice after having already walked through Old Town on prior nights, but it's probably more advantageous to do this tour at the start of your visit so you will be seeing Old Town and its sites for the first time and getting a "lay of the land" for future walks.

Great way to explore Nice while eating! - Great tour with the lovely Leo! What an interesting way to spend an evening. Munching our way through local snacks. We didn’t need dinner afterwards as we were so full. Olive oil tasting, Socca pancakes, pan bagnat, fried swiss chard raviolis, tapenades,onion tarts, local focaccia pizza, dessert and ice cream. Yum! Thanks Leo for chatting about languages and history with us :)

Great Nice tour. - Everything was well organized. It was a fun group and very relaxing tour. A good variety of food. we especially liked the olive oil store.

Highly Recommend - Would do again - Lena was great! Very knowledgable and helpful during our tour. We learned so much and enjoyed our time. Highly recommend to acquaint yourself with the local cuisine, history, and culture.

Eat like a local - We had such an incredible time on our food tour. More food than we were able to eat and it was incredible getting the additional information about the city from a local. I would absolutely recommend this to anyone looking to see the more authentic side of Nice.

Very very poor food tour - Myself and two friends have been on numerous food tours throughout Europe and had lovely experiences but this was the worst by a long way. There were only 7 people in the group but the guide was disengaged and barely spoke in the first hour other than to introduce herself. She spent most time looking at her phone, following a map as she seemed to have little idea where we were going.
She provided barely any details of the history or of the food. We spent a lot of time walking behind her in silence
There were 5 food stops -
an olive and truffle shop which was simply a hard sell, with the tiniest morsel to taste
a take away for half a basic tuna salad sandwich
a cafe for a fried item - I asked the guide if hot or cold but she didn’t know followed by small squares of pizza and onion tart
A restaurant for exactly the same pizza and onion tart and a sweet pastry
An ice cream
it was simply awful and such a rip off
