- My friends and I had a wonderful time on our recent winery tour of Niagara! Our tour guide Chester literally saved our day and our experience! We were stuck in traffic on the highway leading up to our hotel pick up time, and of course we were highly stressed about missing out on our tour package experience. Chester and Andrea from Winery tours Niagara promptly answered our concerns about timing and running behind. Once we knew the itinerary of what wineries were included on the tour we decided to meet our group along the way... 5min before calling an Uber in an attempt to meet up with everyone... I received a phone call from Chester checking in on us and our location. Once Chester knew that we were close he dropped of the group and turned back around to pick us up! He went above and beyond to include us in the tour and make sure we got our money worth. I thought we were just signing up for a fun summer experience with my friends, turns out, we also met the "Hero" of fun experiences!, thank you Chester!

FANTASTIC - Bill out tour driver provided us with local information & history of grounds. He is a lively fun guide & I felt safe with him. The lunch Al a carte @ Zee’s was perfect. Be sure to have a hearty BREAKFAST prior to the tour…. Lunch isn’t until after the 3 rd wine location.😝

Greatest tour ever. - My tour guide was Johnny O and I can't imagine anyone would do a better job. He immediately connected with all of us and was committed that each of us had a great time. And we did.

Great day! - Bill was amazing taking us to great wineries. He was very informative about the arena and the wine which was a bonus. He brought us all water which was very nice and everyone needed a bit of water half way through the day

Best wine tour ever! - Loved this wine tour it was so much fun and BILL was the BEST tour guide! Loved that we were able to go to 4 wineries and that we got leisure time to eat at NOTL, recommend!

Bill made our experience the best! - Bill is amazing! Very friendly, kind and patient! He’s fun and very accommodating. The van is spacious, we are 6 in our group. He also communicates very well in terms of schedule.

Terrible customer service - I booked they confirmed, the tour guide never showed up , didn’t even have the decency to respond to my messages. All together I’ve booked several trips via trip advisor & this was the worst experience. I’m a very disgruntled!!!
