Experience the excitement of what is affectionately called the white water playground, where the Class V Devil’s Hole Rapids will leave you thoroughly drenched. Following this thrilling ride, the journey continues upriver to the trip’s furthest point, where the renowned Niagara Whirlpool awaits.

The Whirlpool and Niagara Falls are divided by a stretch of Class VI rapids, which are both unnavigable and illegal to traverse. This tour begins and ends on the Canadian side, ensuring a round trip to the starting point.

• Arrive promptly 45 minutes prior to departure time to register, sign participation agreement and hear pre-trip safety orientation. If you miss the safety orientation, we will move you to the next available trip time without notice (which could be the next day) so it is important to arrive on time.
• The participation agreement thoroughly explains to anyone interested in the trip, all pertinent aspects of jet-boating including personal health requirements. Refusal to sign the agreement will not merit a credit or refund.
• Wheelchair accessibility - if assistance is required, passenger must provide their own carer. Guests must be able to sit on a bench seat and support themselves by holding on to a bar in-front of each seat without assistance.
• Late or no-show participants will not receive a refund. You have 24 hours prior to your trip to cancel for a full refund. Trips can be rescheduled until 24 hours before the departure at no added charge (subject to availability).
• Trips rescheduled within 24 hours of the trip time will be subject to an additional 10% rebooking fee.
• Guests must arrive on site via their own form of transportation - Whirlpool Jet Boat Tours is not responsible for getting you to the dock.
• Please note that we do not see Niagara Falls from our tour
• There is a minimum height requirement of 44″ tall for the WET Jet seats. Children will be measured on-site, and those who do not meet the requirements will not be permitted to ride.
• Guests under the age of 13 and/or under 100 lbs are not permitted to sit in the first 3-4 rows of any vessel. (All loading and guest seating is at the sole discretion of the Captain and Crew of the vessel).
• Guests age 13-15 years old must be seated with a guest who is 16 years or older to ride the first 3-4 rows of the boat, with an adult chaperone(18+) on board. Guests age 16-17 years old can ride the first 3-4 rows of the boat with an adult chaperone (18+) on board. Guests under 18 years old are not permitted to ride without an adult chaperone (age 18+).
