In the winter months, the Niagara City Cruise will be substituted with another attraction. Please call ahead to confirm boat ride availability.
- Collapsible wheelchairs with removable wheels can be accommodated providing the passenger is accompanied by someone who can assist them board and disembark
- Please note: Voyage To The Falls Boat Tour is seasonal, operating May - October only, replaced with admission to Niagara’s Fury and Butterfly Conservatory in the winter. Please phone ahead to check boat availability in season.

Awesome Experience! - We want to acknowledge our wonderful guide Amar he was on time organized and thoughtful of anything we needed. He went out of his way for our comfort and experiences touring Niagara Falls as our bucket list destination. This was a VIP private excursion that will never be forgotten! Thank you so much!

This Tour Made Us Fall in Love With Niagara Falls !! - Had best time on this tour. Early pickup from hotel lobby meant early arrival in Niagara Falls. Fancy but smaller tourist van meant we were comfortable, could actually interact with the guide and other guests. We basically had 'skip the line' access to Behind the Falls, the Skylon Tower and Boat Ride - - amazing. It was a beautiful day, so all our pictures are gorgeous. Behind The Falls was such a special treat and angle to view the falls. The Skylon Tower had spectacular views of the entire falls area. And the Boat Ride was unexpectedly 'up close' and 'wet'. I knew we would get misted on - but it was super watery and hard to keep eyes open as we rode into the circle of the falls. It was everything. This was our first visit to Niagara Falls and this tour really hit every highlight. We also had some free time to walk around/catch lunch. Our tour guide, Ryan, was super knowledgeable and provided great tips to ensure we experienced everything we wanted to during our visit. Highly recommend this tour - and Trip Shepherd in general. We also took other smaller tours with them in Toronto - and they were terrific. Merci from Maryland, USA

Great Niagara Falls tour - This tour was outstanding - our host, Ryan was very amenable and informative and we got to see the best of Niagara Falls

Awesome trip to Niagara Falls. - We had a great day! Our driver came to the hotel and picked us up. On the way there he gave us information about all the other places we drove through…he was very knowledgeable and friendly and so it made the whole experience even more memorable. The falls were absolutely stunning and we did go through the tunnels, the view from the sky tower and we finished with the boat ride…managed to get wet and feel the joy of the whole experience. Our guide was very flexible and let us take our time seeing these places. I would definitely go back again.

Great tour with knowledgeable guide - Fantastic day with an our knowledgeable and friendly driver/ guide Amar. Skylon tower, Behind the falls & Hornblower boat trip were all great and made better by skipping the queues. Maple syrup tasting and visits to lesser signs were a bonus. Would highly recommend.

Fun Filled Day - Eshaan was our guide. I had him for the Toronto city tour also and he’s the best. He gave us plenty of time at each stop. The boat trip to the falls was thrilling; walking under falls;thunderous and sky tower. He knows the area well and stopped at various sites for photos . So happy I went with this tour company. Small group of 4 today was great .

A lifetime experience! Checking off items on our bucket list! - We loved seeing Niagara Falls, the boat ride, skyline tower, behind the falls and everything we saw. We just didn't like that the guide drove way too fast!

NOT GOOD! - If your Operator is TripShepherd, AVOID THIS TOUR!
While waiting to be picked up at the hotel lobby, 15 minutes before the pickup time, the driver texted saying he would be 1 hour late. We then went to get breakfast and in the middle of breakfast, got another text saying to meet them right away. After trying to persuade us, I had to yell at them to honor the new pick up time.
The driver was nice but 1. He admitted the was partying last night and that’s why he didn’t wake up on time (nervous at that moment), and 2. Drove like he was on a formula one race (worried we were going to crash at any moment). When in Niagara he rushed us through all the attractions (because of how late he was) and left us early for another driver to take us back to Toronto (even though he said we were staying later to make up for the late pick up).
The second driver back to Toronto (called Precious) drove like a maniac and was falling asleep. Had to talk to him to wake him up once and when we hit traffic jams, he started getting desperate and started driving even worse!
BAD EXPERIENCE. DO NIAGARA ON YOUR OWN OR WITH ANOTHER COMPANY. TRIPSHEPHERD, THE TOUR OPERATOR COMPANY, WAS A DISAPPOINTMENT!
