Amazing experience! Haroon is the best! - Great tour! Niagara Falls was absolutely beautiful, and the additional stops were fun to explore. Haroon, our driver, was amazing, we couldn’t have asked for a better guide. He was an excellent driver and extremely knowledgeable about the area.

Haroon Deserves A Raise! - This was a great tour that helps you hit the good spots without the worry of parking/where to go etc. Haroon, our tour guide and driver, was awesome. Professional and personable and had some great insider tips to avoid tourist traps!

Niagara falls under the snow - Shahz was super friendly and gave us a lot of informations. The timing was perfect. The falls were beautifull under the snow !

Nice trip at an attractive price - The tour went well. The driver was very friendly and helpful. He explained exactly what we had and how much time we had for the tour. He answered questions and told us how long it would take to reach each attraction. A plus: a beer recommendation at the maple syrup factory.

Niagara Falls is awesome but be sure to reconfirm your booking - It’s a long drive, but Niagara Falls is amazing to behold. We included the boat ride, the Journey Behind the Falls, and the Skylon Tower, and all were worthwhile. Normally the package includes “maple syrup & fudge tasting experience” but the timing didn’t work out; note that this tour runs up against the closing time of some local attractions (at least in November, when we did it). Our driver, Haroon, was friendly, professional, and informative. Unfortunately one big glitch is that we had booked the daytime tour (long in advance!), departing in the morning, and when we arrived the driver informed us that due to a technical problem he did not have us on his list and our seats had been sold to someone else. Another couple who arrived for the same tour were given the same bad news. We were offered the option to come back 2.5 hours later and join the evening tour, come back another day, or cancel for a refund. We chose to wait for the evening tour, though of course this threw our other plans out of whack. So I recommend you reconfirm your booking with Airlink, the bus operator, prior to your tour!

Read..... Read.....Read - Well, I give this tour a 3 out of 5 stars for experience. It is definitely not worth the money. Keep scrolling because they have cheaper tours on Viator. Make sure you read the fine print. There is no fireworks over the falls. We were told during the tour that that stopped on October 13th. The falls do change colors but it looks like nothing on the picture. That is definitely a filtered photo. Also, the whirlpool Aero car is NOT included. They just drive you up there for a free photo opportunity from the actual area. The Sheraton Falls view Hotel buffet says optional on the itinerary but it is included with your tour. The buffet wasn't great at all. It also does not include drinks. We paid $5.85 per glass for soft drinks. They also added an 18% gratuity.
You would be better off taking the drive and paying separately for the attractions. We paid over $1,200 for a family of 4 and really weren't thrilled at all. The last think that annoyed us is that our hotel was near the airport and the host gave us a hard time about picking us up. He stated that Viator needed to change their site because the company no longer provides transportation to and from hotels. Overall, we went with the flow but it was an average OVERPRICED DAY at best. Choose another tour.
