Best Guided Tour Ever!! - This tour was one of the best I have ever been on. I believe the main reason was our tour guide Fsheen. He was so knowledgeable about the area, told jokes, and was very personable, which made the tour even better. Also, all we had to do was be present; they got the tickets, took us to the tour spots, and picked us up, and no wait. We experienced Niagara Falls in a way we never imagined. Thank you.

Best Day - We had an amazing guide he referenced being Charlie Sheen’s cousin because of his name. He was a wealth of information and made our tour fabulous. I plan on booking again and pray he is our tour guide. We left the Falls educated and entertained

A day trip to Niagara Falls - a wonderful day! - My mum and I had a thoroughly enjoyable day out with BG TOURS, we did the day tour to Niagara Falls. Our guide, Bernard, made sure that everything ran smoothly from start to finish. He was also very well informed on the history/ information related to each stop. He made sure that everyone was comfortable at all times on the bus.
The tour consisted of a few stops such as the origin of the falls, the flower clock, free maple syrup tasting, the skylon tower and the Falls. Everyone was accommodated in terms of the extras that they wanted to add, for example the helicopter ride or the skylon tower.
Niagara Falls is a well worthwhile day tour from Toronto, it was a real highlight for us, and booking with BG TOURS made the experience enjoyable and straight forward.

Highly Recommend - We had so much fun. Behind the Falls was absolutely gorgeous. The Tower and the Butterfly Conservatory were very enjoyable as well. The bus was very comfortable with a very educational tour.

Best tour guide ever - We had the best tour guide, Bernad. He provided a lot of interesting and useful information including local amazing restaurants. Bernad accommodated all of our needs. Unfortunately, the boat tour wasn't available at this time of the year which was misleading on the website. So we visited the power station instead.

Slight Tease - I took my mom to Niagara Falls for her birthday and thought this would be the perfect tour! To our surprise the boat tour was cancelled the day before and there were attractions that we had already seen independently
