Decent branch of this worldwide chain - Hard Rock is hard rock, but this is one of the better branches offering decent portions, hot food delivered all together and great service. It’s not Michelin star but it will fill your belly after a walk around the falls

Hmmmm...... - I hadn't been to a Hard Rock for some time and we were staying on the USA side of Niagara Falls. There were few restaurants open so we opted for this. It was ok. Nothing to shout about and they brought the appetiser out with the main but didnt really acknowledge it. It was devoid of atmosphere, half empty and the TV screens were not syncing with the music. The high point was their cocktail special, a bourbon apple mule, which will tell you how uninspired we were with the meal. Do yourself a favor and stay on the Canadian side where there was a far more lively Hard Rock.

This is the Hard Rock everyone talks about? - Staff great! Food was subpar and I chose not to eat it. I searched online to see if Hard Rock is going down hill with their food quality while raising prices higher and higher! Very disappointing. I have had great experiences in the past locations I have been to. What is happening to this chain?!?

Skip the salad - Labor Day weekend but it wasn’t super busy. Should have picked up on that and gone elsewhere. Lots of open tables but we still waiting 40 min before being seated. Most food was just ok. My salad had slimy spinach leaves that were put on the bottom under the romaine leaves like they were trying to hide them.

Terrible food - I'm basing my review on the food as I have to say the staff were excellent. Can't fault the staff. However, the food was dreadful. Overcooked chicken tenders and massively overpriced. Go elsewhere.

Don’t bother with this disaster - Upon entering, there were 3 staff at the podium. In spite of many empty tables, our party of 4 were told since they were expecting a big party we’d have to wait to be seated. Apparently, the tables in the bar ( we were only drinking, which we told them) but none of those 3 (which included the supervisor) felt the need to Bus a table. We opted to help ourselves to a table in the bar which was only in need of a bar towel, and the bartender immediately came to set us up. I’ve been to many Hard Rock locations around the globe and NEVER experienced anything like this. Our guests were celebrating their 50 th anniversary, and I suggested we stop here as the Hard Rock has always been a place to visit and never disappoints… until this.

Tourist trap overcharging! - Not a great experience, place was dirty and outdated, food was bland, we ordered two grey goose lemons n drop martini’s they were 1/2 filled and charged 23.95 each, when ask the server she said “ it’s a tourist trap what do you expect.” Unbelievable

Don't waste your time. Won't get service from them. Shameful attitude. - The most appalling restaurant. Tried to go for dinner, even though we know the food would not be stellar, but due to it being later in the evening and everywhere else closes early, we decided to go there just to have a quick bite. Restaurant was not crowded at all, with plenty of open tables as evidenced by the pictures. Hostess tried to seat us at a high table, but due to back issues we asked to be seated at a regular table (seeing that there were plenty of empty ones around). She said she couldn't do that as "I don't have a server there". Ok, in the sections that do "have a server", they were within 5 ft. of the table we would prefer to be at, but apparently there must be an electric fence or something that they can't cross over. Even the sections that purportedly have servers were quite empty, meaning that server could take the extra few step outside of their "zone"? I get it, they have their sections, but you're going to inconvenience a potential diner because you can't get someone to crossover and serve a table? We were told all the other servers are at a "private party". Wasn't entirely sure whether they were partying or serving a private party. In either case, it means the restaurant didn't adequately plan for their staffing for that evening. The hostess tried to ask a manager about seating us some where else, and said if we sat there, we'd have to wait about 20 minutes before we can have a server. Was quite unbelievable as there were servers working there that we can see. I don't believe that we'd have gotten a server in 20 minutes anyway if they were all at a party. While this was going on, a party of three came in to the restaurant, and one of the gentlemen was in a wheelchair, so we asked if they were going to try to sit the wheel-chair bound gentlemen at the high table? And they said no, they'll just sit at a regular table and will have to wait till a server comes to that section. Unbelievable. So someone with a disability won't get service. What century does Hard Rock Cafe think they're in? Completely shameful! We left. Cannot imagine trying to give them the business - not like they really seem like they wanted it anyway. There are other ways to support the Seminole Tribe if you so desire. If you are in this area and need a bite later in the evening, I suggest going to the casino hotel, they have a couple of restaurants that stay open and you will get a server there.
