Fun time, try new coffees! - Vietnamese coffee is unique and this class introduces you to some common styles. "Egg coffee" is more like creme brulee with a dash of espresso. "Salt Coffee", this version, is a slightly sweet & salty frappe (other versions I've had are closer to a caramel latte). And the traditional robusta coffee has a stronger flavor than arabica. Good times, good vibes, great value.

Would do it again! - Jane was very nice and welcoming! The class was well paced and easy going. Not too rushed. I also liked the history that went with each type of coffee. Would recommend!

Great coffee and a great time ! - The coffee class was great! Ww also had a yummy lunch that was more than enough food. They shared the recipes and at the end of the class shared recommendations of restaurants and places to go in Da Nang- so helpful!

Left me buzzing! - A great way to spend a couple of hours learning how to make genuine Vietnamese egg, salted and Coconut coffee, as well as how to use a filter properly.
I can't remember her name, but our instructor was funny, friendly and engaging.
Only downside is I won't sleep for hours!

Best course ever! coffee fanatics! - I have done several reviews on Google and the GetyourGuide App about this course so that people interested in learning about coffee know where to go!
If you like coffee and want to know how to make some of them so you can replicate them at home then this is the place to go! The course is around $30NZ or $17USD (around 400,000VD or thereabouts). That’s a good price for adding to your kit of knowledge without loading your suitcase up of “stuff”.
The course is about 1.5 hours but it’s enough time to be taken through a brief overview of key types of coffee beans used in Vietnam. It also makes you realise how kaka the lattes are back at your home country and what you’ve been missing out on!
It’s a good investment where you learn stuff that you can share with your family and friends. It also makes you realise how easy is to make and gives you an appreciation of why it takes so long to wait for your coffee at a cafe! It takes time people to brew a good coffee but what I realised is that the kaka I’ve been drinking back home is crap and if I’m going to have one, it may as well be the good stuff!
The teacher named Daisy is amazing! She is very knowledgeable about coffee after growing up in a household where her father is an expert grower! She was patient and explained the steps so we could understand. She also has a massive personality and humour which makes the course enjoyable, light hearted and comfortable for people to ask questions and be curious about coffee.

Coffee, laughs and great stories - This was an amazing experience, Ai (lyn) was an excellent host and teacher who is very passionate about Vietnamese coffee. Everyone had a story to tell about their time in Vietnam and was so funny listening to Lyn explain the meaning of the different horn beeps.
I would highly recommend this course if just for the stories, our group was so friendly and the coffees were delicious, we can't wait to re create them at home.
