• Paradise Cave - (OPTIONAL) Paradise Cave, the longest dry cave in Asia, is surrounded by forested karst peaks. This remarkable cave system stretches for 31km, though most visitors explore only the first kilometre. The scale is awe-inspiring, with wooden staircases descending into a cathedral-like space filled with vast, alien-looking stalagmites and stalactites. Arriving early is recommended to avoid the crowds, as during peak times (early afternoon) tour guides lead groups with megaphones. From the buggy drop-off, there is an additional 600m-plus climb to the cave entrance. To venture deep inside the cave beyond the barrier at the end, you might be lucky enough to see the eyeless cave fish that are part of its ecosystem.

• Phong Nha-Ke Bang National Park - 12:30 Enjoy a delightful lunch at a local restaurant in Phong Nha village.
• Phong Nha Caves - (OPTIONAL) Discover the most impressive Phong Nha cave. A boat ride on the Son River, lasting about 25 minutes, will take you to the Phong Nha cave. During the journey, you will witness the green fields, people, houses, and limestone formations along the river. This cave is renowned for its rock formations, which have been named the “Lion,” the “Fairy Caves,” the “Royal Court,” and the “Buddha.”
  As the boats approach the caves, they queue up, entering one or two at a time. Engines are turned off, and operators use long poles to gently guide them through the murky water. Once inside, the vast cavern opens up, with giant stalactite chandeliers hanging from the ceiling. Without prompting, everyone falls silent, captivated by the grandeur of the stone cathedral. It is a breathtaking sight.

• Dong Hoi - 16:00 Return to the vehicle to depart Phong Nha. The group will head back to Dong Hoi for drop-off at your hotels or designated locations. Drop-off is expected around 17:30, marking the end of the trip.
