Trolley Tour Extraordinaire: Love Newport with Jim Mullen - The tour was exceptional because Jim Mullen is a wonderful storyteller and tour guide. My middle aged son and I would have loved to spend the whole day with him.

Tour experience and marble house visit - Great driving overview of the surrounding area and drop off at the marble house for an hour was exactly what we had hoped for. Our tour guide provided historical context and anecdotes. Would definitely recommend.

Interesting trip to Newport and Marble House - The operator couldn’t have been more knowledgeable about Newport ( his hometown) Had a good sense of humor also. Made suggestions about where to eat when we got back. I enjoyed him. Didn’t catch his name though 🫤

Do This First Upon Arriving in Newport! - This a a great way to become acquainted with Newport! The trolley ride does a circle around Newport going through so much such as architecture, churches, the fort, mansions, Newport history, colonial history, and tourist sites info that includes opening hours. The driver Anne was great and very patient as there were a few passengers that sat there and talked almost the whole time and even proceeded to watch a video on their phone with no headphones, which Anne politely addressed - thank you! For those opting to do the Marble House, you are given about 75 minutes to tour the home independently, which is enough! After the 75 minute tour of the house, the trolley meets you at the Marble House and the tour of Newport continues until you are dropped off at the meeting point. Great tour!

Jim our tour guide was... - Jim our tour guide was awesome!! I grew up in Portsmouth and learned new things on this tour. Them only thing was that I specifically texted that the friend I was traveling with used a walking Tolstoy. The handicap lift on the trolley didn’t work. Jim tried several keys and several times for the lift door to unlock . Luckily my friend made it up the trolley stairs and was able to have an enjoyable experience.
