Absolutley Suburb, a must do! - I had an amazing exprience at Gannet Safaris at Cape Kidnappers! Me and my mum went together and we had a great time. The staff were lovely and were keen to answer any questions you had! My tour guide was Jono. Thank you for such a wonderful experience, it was so great to see the birds and have such a senic drive through a private property. Definetly reccomend! 5 stars!!

Easter Sunday trip to the gannets - Excellent trip to see the gannets. Enjoyed the scenic drive. Tour guide Jan was great - informative and humorous . Our second time after many years and just as good.

Dream landscape and bird experience - Scenic tour with very knowledgeable, friendly guide Garth. You have plenty of time up at the booby colony to look at and photograph the great, not shy animals. Highly recommended!

Highly recommend! - We are from Napier and look at Cape Kidnappers often, having done the tour as a child, I never thought to do again… this is an absolute piece of gold we’ve been missing!! The tour guide, Marcus was extremely knowledgeable and had great humour. The overland tour gives you an insight to the whole area, and the families that have worked to bring it to where the area is today. The views are fabulous… and then there’s the Gannets - while that is the purpose of the tour, it’s really just a small part of the whole experience. Such a privilege the see the beautiful sights this protected land has. Highly recommend this tour, worth the three hours and money.

Great Day. - We thoroughly enjoyed our trip out the the Gannet colony. Lively and informative driver/guide Jono kept us entertained on the journey. Unfortunately the weather took a nasty turn when we got to the bird colony. The tea and biscuits were very welcome on the coach! We had a very enjoyable time!

Fun and informative - Thoroughly enjoyable trip to see the gannets at Cape Kidnappers. Our driver Marcus was an absolute hoot and both he and Wayne were also very knowledgeable and passionate about the sanctuary and colony. We learned so much, and the chance to get so close to the gannets was incredible! Great views on the way to the colony. Definitely recommended and will do again. Cheers Anthony and Kathy.

Gannets overland - This tour is a must I just loved it. Wayne was so knowledgeable on all his details he gave us about the farm the animals and birds. He made you feel so welcome. When we got to the gannets they were amazing to see they are such a graceful bird. This is a three hour trip well with doing

It was not worth the money for the simple reason the birds were not there. - Disappointed as we only saw two little Gannets with hardly any colour as they were young. I expected to see many many more. However we were told during the tour that the Birds had migrated to Australia. My thoughts were, that if you knew this to be the situation - then why promote the tour.
