Well worth doing and great value - Make sure Rob is your guide! He was great and made the trip. Really knowledgeable and interesting. Made the trip easy to enjoy and all the activities were great including the pie stop for lunch. Good value for money

Amazing Bay of Islands - Great experience. Beautiful views and photo opportunities from waterfalls to forests and the glow worm caves were extremely impressive.

Overview of Bay of Islands - Mike was friendly and knowledgeable and made the bus ride throughout the region lots of fun. The picture of the falls is a bit misleading because you don't get anywhere near them but view them from a distance. Also, the chocolate factory is just a view through the glass and a sample and you don't get a chance to help make any. It was absolutely delicious to sample though.

Adventure of Bay of Islands - Charlie was a Great tour guide. He allowed plenty of time at each area and explained lots of extra. We loved the glowworm caves and the forest is amazing. Would definitely recommend this tour! It was amazing.

Terrific tour. - Our guide Greg is extremely good at what he does and we had an excellent tour.The itinerary was varied including the cave, chocolate factory, ancient Kauri forest, waterfall, great commentary and more. It made the visit to Bay of Islands and I highly recommend it.

Don't bother if you are only spending >1 day from the cruise ship - The tour guide/driver is very good. He is very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. However, there is not much here to see in the Bay of Islands with only a day from the cruise ship. The short walk in the rainforest is short and ok. The worm caves are especially disappointing. The rest are worse.
Please do not waste your time and $.

missed the glow worm caves out of Auckland and decided to do this as a taster. not well organised, very dissapointing. - missed the knockout caves near Auckland and decided to do these to experience the glow worms. Not worth the money. very un-organized, large group, couldn't hear commentary at the back. dark as they ran out of lanterns.

Long day in Bay of Islands - The glow worm caves were amazing. Definitely the best part of the tour. The Forrest stop was interesting, the falls very anticlimactic. The bus had very small seats. The tour ran long (45 min) and didn't need to, allowed people to chat outside the bus, 15 minutes past when we were told to be back. The driver did nothing about it.

Never recommend this to anyone - tell the guide to keep his smart arse australian Joke for his local tribe and dead trees.
Your personal opinion should be kept to yourself and not be shared on a tour paid by us.
Consider that half of your population is living and working in Australia.
