TOTR VIP experience - VIP tour was first class! Our tour guide was lovely and knowledgeable. Loved everything about it from Start to finish!

Brilliant views - Loved it my only mistake was I done it at night and it was freezing should have done this during the day and esb at night the photographer was amazing so friendly and full of joy !

Amazing - The whole experience was amazing and totally worth it ! But I do have a cry for help!! , I came and took a picture on the beam experience with my family on Jan 26th 2025 . It was between 4:30 and 5:30 pm, 4 people. I cannot find the way to go back to the website to download it and I would love to develop it in a big poster format for my husband’s birthday. The quality of the one I have on my phone is not good enough. Do you think there is anyway you can help me retrieve it? I can send you the one I have so that you can recognize us? TOP OF THE ROCK - BEST TIME AND BEST VIEWS - I bought the VIP visit because my wife and I wanted to see a little more than the average person who just went on their own. We met at THE LOUNGE where we were treated to a nice hot cocoa. (It was 28 degrees). This visit would include an individual tour behind the scenes of 30 Rock and a ride on THE BEAM and THE SKYLIFT. After a brief safety video for THE BEAM, we were met by Christine (our personal guide). She took us to many places inside 30 Rock and explained the history of the building and the neighborhood. Not knowing any of this information, it was fascinating how something this large was built during a stressful time in the USA (stock market collapse). Christine was very knowledgeable about the history and was able to answer all questions that my wife and I had. She escorted us to THE BEAM. As VIPs, we were treated to an individual ride with no one else on THE BEAM. A great experience to rise high and see all the way to the horizon on all sides. A few pictures were taken by the BEAM TEAM. We climbed some stairs to a higher point where we did the VIP thing again on THE SKYLIFT. This spiraled as it lifted off the roof to take you even higher than you've already been. You also get a 360 panorama view and photo. After THE SKYLIFT, Christine answered final questions and said her goodbyes. We were then free to continue to hang out on our own including going to the CAFE for a complimentary champagne toast. I'd recommend the VIP trip for anyone to get the full story of the building and the ability to see everything 30 Rock has to offer without having to deal with the crowds. I'd like to thank Christine for a wonderful experience from start to finish.

VIP holiday edition - Excellent experience, small group guided through the Rockefeller centre, into areas that the general public don’t get access to. Up close to the famous Rockefeller Xmas Tree, did the beam and the sky lift which were amazing. Would definitely recommend

famous landmark in New York City - The Rockefeller Center is one of the most famous landmarks in New York City. Located around the 70th floor is the observation deck known as Top of the Rock. It is extremely popular with tourists because it lacks obstructive glass panels, offering an unobstructed and breathtaking view of the city. If you plan to visit the platform, it’s highly recommended to book tickets in advance, as they can sell out quickly.

Waste of time and money - This is not worth the money we paid, it’s basically a lot of money for a view of the city, which you can get from any high building in New York. I wouldn’t recommended wasting your money on this so called tour!!! There is no tour….

Failed all the way!! - The last of them from both sides. I bought three VIP tickets and gave them to my sisters for their birthday. Once there, we were informed that our tour was unfortunately cancelled. After talking to a manager, we were able to take part in the next tour. When we reached the top of the viewpoint, we were told that unfortunately the two main attractions would not be available today. We immediately went back down with the elevator and talked to another manager there, who assured us that we would get the money back for the tickets. To date, we haven't seen a dime! There wasn't even any feedback from Tripadvisor! An absolute cheekiness when something doesn't work, not even to react.

Not vip - terrible service no akylift not worth the money we paid champagne offered wasnt worth the money would be bettwr buying wine for 12 dollars as was more in a glass of wine than my champagne Would not recommend this as paid over 300 pounds Terrible
