Great VIP Option - Great trip! Very well looked after with a personal tour guide giving you a great insight. Pictures were great. Even though is was a bit cloudy, it was still a great trip.

It was fun and exciting.... - It was fun and exciting. The beam ride was awesome and the view incredible. Our tour guide was excellent.

Mixed feelings - The only thing that damage my experience was that first the person at the door sent me to the huge line for regular tickets, however the other person recognized it was a VIP experience and had somebody escort me to the right place, then the ticket didn’t work for some reason and had to delay my VIP group to solve the issue, they were diligent though to try to fix it but that really damage the VIP experience. It was a mad house as everybody wanted to be there for the sunset and the lack of organization in the building was crazy, at the top we had to wait with the rest of the people with regular tickets and it was 2 to 1 at getting in the Skylift, that delayed us even more and we missed the best time of the sunset. Still with all of that if was a wonderful experience once we managed to be at the top.

Super vip experience - I chose the vip experience for my daughter's birthday and she just loved it. We were first welcomed in the vip lounge with a drink and a video. Skipping the files is fabulous, especially when you have backpain issues like me . The beam and skylift are impressive. The rooftop is really one of my favourite in NY. Our guide Samantha was really a perfect host and very nice to us, explaining everything perfectly. Thanks a lot.

A not to miss VIP experience in NYC - Highly recommend the VIP tour of The Rock. Our VIP guide Jonathan was exceptional.He brought the place to life with all the history of the buildings, the Art Deco design, and the stunning wall murals. It was such a rich experience — so much more than just the views from the top albeit those are incredible too. Definitely a tour not to miss! Thank you Jonathan.

Great views and the Skylift adds to that 💥 - Great experience with my 3 daughters. Have previously done the observation deck experience a few times but the Skylift and Beam experience passes add another perspective to the tour. Great welcome and introduction then straight into it. The deck was heaving with long queues but the VIP passes cut out all the waiting. Limited to your group makes it very personal and the extra height and views from the Skylift add to stunning skyline. Once you experience the Skylift and Beam back down for the pictures and a glass of fizz which are all included. Great night.
Only reason I gave a 4 star review and not a 5 is that’s it’s over so quick.

Experience was fun - The experience was great but we do not recommend the VIP option.. We were actually sent to several difference areas time after time due to the employees not certain what they were actually supposed to do with our group.. We lost put on time with the experience due to this issue.
