Fabulous concept - What a fabulous concept and so well set up. Yes it wasn't always entirely clear what we had to do in the games, but we had a blast. The staff were lovely and helpful and the time flew by. Top fun.

Glad I went fun place - Something a bit different. Staff lovely and friendly explained everything. Our host on reception brilliant, didn’t get her name, she just swapped with a colleague to serve us. Just a bit of fun on a couples trip. Didn’t last too long, was fairly interesting. Not sure I would go again but glad I went. Short video at the start then the fun begins.

Can you be a spy? - Spygames was so much fun and some were challenging like rock wall climb (2 rooms). Spyscape is more of the museum with some interactive mind games.

Lots of fun. Good indoor activity. - The museum was a lot of fun. Worth the price of admission. There were several party groups, but they must enjoy the museum in a different place than the main tour area because we were not bothered by them. Most of the information was not new, but the interactive portions of the museum were super fun and unique. You get the chance to learn somethings about yourself and have fun too.

It’s fun but take your... - It’s fun but take your time. Don’t use your phone!! Use the stations. Makes more sense and it’s a lot more fun.

Could be better. A lot of things were broken. - A lot of the tech in the museum is glitchy and not as user-friendly as it should be. It could also be cleaned more often - lots of germs from the children in that circular room with the screens.

Terrible experience, save your money - Many of the games were broken. Screens were broken. Even screens that weren't broken would go black with an error message stating the hdmi disconnected. None of the staff made themselves available to help explain anything at all. And the final game with the buttons, my room had zero visible lasers. And the game is about dodging lasers. This was one of the worst places I've gone to.

They didn’t accept my tickets - Got there they didn’t accept tickets, sated 98 dollars for nothing . Went on Valentine’s Day and got embarrassed

Ticket did not work. - Ticket purchased through Viator did not work when I arrived at Spyscape and I had to purchase a ticket at the location. I tried to contact customer service but there was no direct line to address the issue in the moment with Viator. I tried to follow the directions to request a refund but the directions didn't match what I was seeing on my screen.
