Good way to see some of central park if you don't have a lot of time - This tour was great, Chris knew his stuff and gave us a lot of insights into different aspects of the park. Was also good to be able to just zip around and let loose for a bit and have some fun. 2 hours is definitely not long enough to explore everywhere but we were able to cover off a decent chunk of the park.

Scooter Tour w Filip - Filip gave my wife and I a personal scooter tour with just us two. It was the funnest part of our trip. He knew everything about the park’s history and would stop at certain points to let us walk around and look at the sites. I was 100% impressed, so much so that 6 days later I am back home in Virginia still thinking about how much fun it was. Keep up the great work Filip. For those who have a tour upcoming, when you arrive, just go inside to the front desk and say you’re here for the tour and they’ll help you. The scooters are easy to ride. I 100% standby this business. Thank you for such a memorable experience.

Overall a good experience - Our guide was very knowledgeable, considerate, helpful, and accommodating. He is obviously very experienced in giving tours, and did a great job overall. My husband and I enjoyed it a lot. My only feedback is that teenagers can be vulnerable- his comment of "You're stressing me out!" to my daughter, turned her experience from a very enjoyable one to an unpleasant one, where she couldn't wait for it to end. I didn't find out about this until we had left, when I asked how come she didn't want to be in front anymore and why her mood had soured. Please be mindful what you say to teens and how you say it.

It was OK - The Tour was OK. Collection of the scooters in and around the shop was a bit confusing as the trip was for bikes and scooters.

Zero stars - I arrived for the guided tour, and there was no tour guide. The bike rental place called the guide and I was told that the tour was canceled because it was "too cold." I received no call, text, or email in advance letting me know that the tour would be canceled, so I wasted a huge amount of time traveling there for nothing, and then I didn't have time to travel to an alternate Viator tour option that I had been considering downtown before it started. Tours should not be offered in the winter if they will be canceled when it's too cold. Winters are notoriously well known for being cold. And they could have canceled it days in advance when the weather forecast knowingly predicted exactly how cold it would be. As I wandered around aimlessly, I ran into other tours that were being conducted in the cold. This one was just unprofessional, uncommunucative, and unreliable.

Disappointed - Zero stars if I could select that. We got to the meeting point only to be told there were no tours because of the NYC marathon. “Oh sorry.” They wouldn’t give me anything showing we’ll get a refund, which we better get. Surely they should have not allowed us to book for that day when they know there’s a marathon happening months in advance.
