NYC tour 5 star - Our tour guide Daniel was very knowledgeable about New York. He knows the history of NYC from the past to the present. Very friendly. Highly recommended!!🍎

Exceed expectations! - Jim was an amazing tour guide. He was knowledgeable about the city and attractions beyond expectations. He was personable and professional. I would definitely request him if we were to do another tour.
If you’re on the fence…jump. It was a day well spent.

Rob gives the best tours! - Rob was so great! He led the 5 of us (plus 2 strangers) around the city and showed us all the must-see sights. He had great info and great recommendations. Awesome experience!

Book this tour and ask for Cale - What an amazing tours, highly recommended. I went in a family trip with 2 teenagers and they learned so much and had fun. Cale, our guide was amazing, this guys is a walking library full of history and interesting facts, I asked a lot of questions non related to the tour and he was giving us tips and tricks to go around the city etc. The way that Cale talked and expressed himself was very clear, even my teens were inoeresed by his energy. If we ever go another tour, we will request Cale for sure.
If you are coming to NYC, this tour is way better than the bus, I highly recommend it.

An absolute must do in the first couple of days. Great to orientate yourself. - Wow…. What an amazing and interesting tour. I am sincere when i say our tour guide Dan was absolutely brilliant. Dan’s knowledge of not only the cities architecture but its history was outstanding. Dan made us feel as if the tour was produced just for us. I can’t overstate how wonderful this experience was.

The perfect tour and tour guide!! - The perfect tour!!! Our tour guide Jenn was amazing!! She was so knowledgeable and fun!! She gave us the history behind a lot of these famous places and also gave us pop culture references that kept my high school and college kids engaged. She also helped us navigate the daunting NYC subway system. I could go on and on, but to sum up, we couldn't have asked for a better guide!! Thanks Jen, we felt blessed to have you guide us through the wonderfully crazy city of New York!!

Accounting manager - Flight delayed by one hour, When arrived quickly drove to the next meeting point. No one there, no one to contact or reach, and paid for two adults without refund or acknowledgment. You should indicate a contact number so if delays occur and that party needs to meet, they can call a live human being instead of being kept on hold for a half hour without an answer.

Scam? - Investigate the meeting points very carefully - I waited at a meeting spot in accordance with the address provided and waited for 45 minutes and missed the tour. When I contacted I was told it was because I was late so couldn’t join.
The operator said they would move my tour date but then did not provide a new ticket. I contacted services online who were very helpful and reissued for a new date.
I confirmed the meeting point with the tour operator so that I wouldn’t miss it again. I waited at that meeting point and there was no indication of any tour departing. I was once again told that I was at fault for this.
When I contacted online I was refused a refund despite never attending this tour.
