NY Night Bus Tour - Herman and Elaine were excellent, would ride again. Provided a capturing and thrilling tour of the city, going over key features and history.

Title: Great Day in the Big Apple Bus stop signage needs improvements( some hard to locate & distinguish. - Enjoyed seeing NYC while in the New York traffic on the upper-deck, waits at the bus stop locations and relearning how to read a city map. Especially enjoyed the cruise trip along the Hudson River. Won’t sit on top again - hard to hear the tour guide.

Reese New York - I enjoyed hopping on and off at certain destinations. The bus was available in short lengths of time from the hop off. My bad experience was the circle line cruise, know one told me that it left from a different location (not Battery Park) so I payed for an additional cruise because I missed the one I paid for.

Disappointed by the cruise closed down - This was an excellent way to show a less than mobile elderly relative NYC. However, we paid for the one day WITH the Liberty Cruise. The cruise was unavailable due to maintenance. But we did not learn about this until after we arrived at the cruise terminal. It was a waste of time and money. Additionally, my MIL did not get to see the Statue of Liberty. She is 80 and this was likely her last opportunity.

A little trick. - The bus ride was ok, but the stops were not well enough presented in the earphones, and it was difficult to read the signs on the bus stops. The drivers were medium polite and some little helpful. It was not informed in advance that the boat trip only went in the morning at 10.30, so when we arrived at the port we had to pay extra for the boat trip, or come back the next day. The bus ticket is advertised as a day trip, but the tickets stated that they expired at 4 p.m.

Very disappointed - I purchased a ticket to hop on and off the bus as well as go around the Statue of Liberty. When we got to the gate they said our ticket didn’t cover the cruise. Ticket was purchased from one of the workers out on Times Square. Beware!! They will take your money!! No customer service number to call for a refund.

Ripped off $60.00 - I purchased the tickets for the bus and for the city line cruise to the statue. By the time we got down to the cruise, they were sold out and we could not get our tickets. The big bus tour will not give us a refund for that cost, which cost me over $60.00. I feel I was scammed as they did not tell us this could happen. We waited over 30 min to get on a bus at each stop because the buses were full. We were not able to see very much and could of gone on the subway cheaper and faster and saw everything. I would not recommend.

Ruined our last night in NY - We took buses and trains for over a hour to get to the boat only to find out it was closed for maintenance! This was our last night in NY and now was completely ruined with nothing else planned. Such a disappointment. I emailed them right away and still haven't heard back. I can't be leave we weren't notified before we went all the way there. DONT DO IT!!!!!!!

Where do I begin - I would not recommend this bus company to an enemy. It was an awful experience from the beginning. We boarded at 42nd St after waiting and watching 4 or 5 other full buses come by and leave without picking anyone up. The line was huge when we arrived and we slowly made our way to the front. For entertainment we watched an employee yell at a customer because he couldn’t understand her. The bus is HOT. There is no shade and NO AC downstairs so it was not an enjoyable ride. We finally got off at the Brooklyn Bridge because we couldn’t take it anymore. We walked from there to the 911 memorial which wasn’t far. Afterwards we walked to Wall Street and hunted down another bus which took us to the Circle Line ship. When we arrived at the ship we were told that they could not accept our tickets because they did not say Circle Line on them. At this point I wanted blood. I finally was able to download the receipt on to my phone and show them the email I was sent by the bus company which they finally accepted so we got to take their tour which was MUCH better than the bus. After the boat cruise we were able to catch a different bus but had to sit downstairs which was like sitting in a sauna. Finally we arrived at the M&M store where were told to get off the bus and go wait in line for another bus to take us back to 42nd Street. That line was huge so we gave up and walked 11 blocks back to our hotel.
