Bright lights, infinite views - Awe inspiring show with lots of lights, colors, mirrors, aromas to set your imagination free. You can stroll through and not feel rushed or cramped. My adult kids and I really enjoyed the coloring room. Such a fun afternoon!

A blend of art, technology, and sensory experiences—a must-visit! - We took a break from real estate to refresh our minds and visited Mercer Labs in New York—an experience unlike anything we’ve ever seen. We were immersed in a world where art, technology, and sensory experiences seamlessly blended to create something truly mesmerizing. Next-level, making the entire experience feel both futuristic. The use of light, sound, and movement added an engaging, almost otherworldly dimension. It’s not just a place to see art—it’s a place to feel it, interact with it, and become part of it. If you’re looking for something unique, Mercer Labs is absolutely worth a visit!

Mercer Labs is pricey but unique and the kids loved it - We visited Mercer Labs with our family, and it was an incredible experience! Both adults and kids had an absolute blast exploring the interactive, immersive exhibits. Every room offered something new and unexpected—whether it was surreal digital landscapes, mind-bending mirrors, or playful sensory environments. The space is thoughtfully designed to spark curiosity and creativity, making it a fantastic experience for all ages. Our kids loved climbing, crawling, and engaging with the exhibits, while we were equally mesmerized by the artistry and immersive storytelling. It is on the pricier side, but given how unique and interactive it is, we felt it was well worth it. If you’re looking for something fun, imaginative, and unlike anything else in NYC, Mercer Labs is definitely worth a visit!

Creativity, art, and wonder for all senses - I think the people who gave this a bad review probably didn't understand what it was. We viewed the website and online photos before buying tickets and knew what to expect. We loved it! Our family includes a teenage artist and also a tech-loving tween, so this was a great way to mesh both interests together. We enjoyed our visit and it gave us something to do out of the cold windy weather.

Fun City Outing! - Really fun interactive and original experience! I would suggest not moving too quickly through the exhibits because you cannot go back once you leave a floor. Definitely recommend for a fun city outing!

A great experience to... - A great experience to share with family and friends! The visuals were incredible and thought provoking. Note the Robot was interesting but would be more interesting if movements appeared it was trying to interact with the patrons after establishing repetitive motion in attempt to escape the monotony.

Pricey for mildly interesting environments. - As a designer, I am keenly interested in exploring the emerging technologies in immersive environments. This had a good cross section of projection, fiber optic, sculptural, auditory, tactile experiences and LED panels. Overall, it was an interesting hour, but not worth nearly $60 for the ticket price.

Could use more activities - It was okay, could use more activities. We went through the Mercer lab in less than 20 minutes. The rooms were very pretty though ! Just needs to be more entertaining.
