- To ensure a timely departure, passengers are required to arrive at the heliport at least 30 minutes before their scheduled flight. For reservations after 4 PM, please account for heavy commuter traffic and allow at least 45 minutes for travel to the heliport to avoid late fees.
- Passengers weighing over 275 lbs./124 kg. are required to buy an extra seat at 100% of the retail price. Due to weight restrictions, seat assignments cannot be guaranteed.
- A valid photo identification, such as a passport or driver’s license, is required and match reservation.
- Passengers are required to undergo scanning by a metal detector.
- All bags are subject to inspection. Free lockers are provided to store your belongings during the flight.
- Helicopter window seats aren’t guaranteed due to weight and balance factors.

From tears to cheers - The team was incredibly kind and even though my little was literally scared to tears (it was a surprise activity), everyone was patient and full of smiles. By the end of the tour, she said she wanted to move to New York so we could ride in a helicopter every day.

Would go again! - Exceptional pilot, thorough tour, and checkin process. Dismissive gatekeeper outside but the rest of the staff was professional and pleasant. Good value and would do it again!

Great experience with very good organization and routine - Great experience with very good organization and routine. The helicopter flight over Manhattan was breathtaking. We
had great weather and a pilot who also shared background knowledge about NYC with us.
All 6 seats of the helicopter were occupied, there was enough space, but you have to adjust to a low ceiling height in the cabin. The middle seat of the 3 seat row offers poorer visibility than the window seats.
Negative is that the fee for the operator of the Helipad on site ($40 per person) must be paid in addition to the price at Tripadvisor. This fee should already be included in the total price of Tripadvisor.

Reservation cancelled - My reservation was cancelled last minute. There was no assistance to reschedule, and I was told to just call another tour company. Once I did call another tour company, there was no availability.
