- To ensure a timely departure, passengers are required to arrive at the heliport at least 30 minutes before their scheduled flight. For reservations after 4 PM, please account for heavy commuter traffic and allow at least 45 minutes for travel to the heliport to avoid late fees.
- Passengers weighing over 275 lbs./124 kg. are required to buy an extra seat at 100% of the retail price. Due to weight restrictions, seat assignments cannot be guaranteed.
- A valid photo identification, such as a passport or driver’s license, is required and match reservation.
- Passengers are required to undergo scanning by a metal detector.
- All bags are subject to inspection. Free lockers are provided to store your belongings during the flight.
- Helicopter window seats aren’t guaranteed due to weight and balance factors.

Fantastic - The experience was fantastic and the staff were great. Everything ran smoothly and we felt extremely safe in their hands. I booked through Tripadvisor with no issues. It was very good value for money. The pilot was lovely and spoke throughout the flight explaining all of the landmarks in great detail which made the experience even better.

Girlfriends first helicopter flight - We actually turned up a little earlier after making sure we were at the right place, the staff who were really helpful managed to place us on an earlier flight, after the safety briefing and a video it was time to fly, I got to sit next to the pilot and had the best views of the city. We flew around governor island, the Statue of Liberty and Ellis island, the along the Hudson as far as the George Washington bridge, we had a great view of Central Park, Yankee stadium and flew back over New Jersey.
My girlfriend who had never been in a helicopter before thoroughly enjoyed it and made the holiday an absolute experience she will never forget

Sightseeing from the air - We took the Manhattan helicopter tour, and had a 20 minute flight over the Statue of Liberty and Ellis island, flew as far as the George Washington bridge seeing all of Manhattan, my girlfriends first flight in a helicopter and she loved it

My journey began with Mr. Charles, a ticket seller with a smile as warm as the summer sun. He didn't just sell me a ticket; he shared his passion, weaving tales of the city's aerial majesty and offering a deal that felt like a gift. His company alone, made the start of the adventure a wonderful experience.
Then, there was Miss Geraldine, the front desk manager, a maestro of efficiency and kindness. With a graceful gesture, she orchestrated my placement in the coveted front seat, right beside the pilot. It was as if she'd unlocked a secret door to a VIP experience.
As the helicopter's rotors began their rhythmic dance, lifting us into the sky, the city transformed. Buildings that once towered became intricate patterns, and the sprawling metropolis revealed its hidden beauty. The pilot, whose calm demeanor instilled a sense of complete trust, navigated the airspace with practiced ease. Great experience - Trip was short but what an amazing experience. Weather was clear on the day which helped with the fantastic views. Staff were very friendly and explained everything well.

Great weather, but substandard presentation - It was cool to sit in the cockpit with the pilot, Scott. However, Scott did not know how to identify the Vessel in Hudson Yards! The Vessel has been open since 2019! That was a bit disappointing.

The worst experience of my entire life - I was booking a tour for my parents. The first time was cancelled due to weather conditions. Rescheduled for March. Yesterday, due to road works, we were 10 minutes late and were not allowed on the tour and refused to refund the money for rescheduling to another date, asking for an additional $ 180. Ruined day and mood for my elderly parents

Helicopter Ride - Tour guide rush us off - couldn't even geta picture with the Helicopter. It is very costly for this tour but the staff on ground are not nice. Very rude and they look at faces who to allow to take pictures .
