We had a fun - Harry Potter New York is a dream come true for fans! The shop is massive, with incredible attention to detail in every corner. From wands to Butterbeer, it’s like stepping into the Wizarding World. The VR experiences were amazing and made it unforgettable. A must-visit for any Potterhead!

If I lived here this would be my job :) - This place and its staff are magical nothing is too much trouble and the lady who served us was an absolute delight :) so happy and obviously enjoys her job as much as I enjoy being in there . I found a lot of amazing stuff and even some on sale and then we had butter beer a muffin and some ice cream all were delicious. I would recommend this place to any fan

Magical Fun - A must see! It’s right by Flatiron. I love the sweeet shop. I had a witch hat cookie and butter beer of course! The theming is incredible and so many exhibits to see and shop.

Suberb 😍 - Magnificent Harry Potter store, a real spectacle 😍 we loved it, we went back several times. The beer (without alcohol) is super good (dessert taste) you can leave with your mug 🍺 and the muffin is very very good too 😋 magnificent and incredible items, purchases for all budgets 👍🏻

Everything Wizarding World - We are big Harry Potter fans. We have been to the Wizarding World at Universal and wanted to visit this store while in New York city. The store had everything you could have wanted related to the Wizarding world. Our main focus was the Butterbeer, we each got one (delicious) so we came away with a small butterbeer glass (if you are a fan you will get it.) We browsed the store but it was extremely crowded, it made it very difficult to take your time. We bought some shopping bags that were on sale and an ornament. Our prize purchase was a tiny Happy Birthday Harry Potter cake. It tasted good but looked great. We had it for dessert that night. If you are visiting have an idea of what you are looking for before you go.

If you want Harry Potter, you got it - We didn't know this store was in the general area where we were staying in NYC; I would have thought it would be closer to Times Square. Popped in and soaked in the varied merchandise although we didn't buy anything. We did cave in and get a butterbeer drink and ice cream (both overpriced, but what the heck). The drink comes in a "commemorative" glass that we did not keep. I suppose they can charge you more instead of just giving you butterbeer in a regular glass or cop. Definitely a destination for Harry Potter fans and we're glad we stopped in, more just to see it than to buy anything. PS, we did not do a tour but Tripadvisor makes you select a tour before posting a review.

Terrible, expensive, not worthy, staff are not friendly - Terrible! Things are very expensive, not worth to buy! The staff is not friendly at all! No chairs or seats for parents who are waiting for their kids.
