For those who like noise, less suitable. - Delicious food, we ordered a few dishes and all were delicious, we returned to the restaurant again, good service and kind, a little noisy, we liked and will definitely come back on our next visit.

Great service. Amazing food! - Went here twice during our stay in New York! Had the tupelo chicken platter the first time round and it was delicious and it always on the checklist for me - New York Strip Steak. Had this the second time round! Cooked to prefection. Staff were friendly, helpful, busy and informative too!

As You Would Expect - I always enjoy a visit to a HRC as you know the standards of food and service standards are predictable. The HRC in Times Square is well located and whilst I expected the prices to be inflated here, this was not the case. I didn't have a reservsation however I was seated swiftly and offered a choice between a table and eating at the bar. The food was delicious and plentiful but without being over facing. The only negative was that it wasn't always easy to locate my server or to get attention.

Rude host, other than that it was perfect - I love hard rock cafe and have been to many around the world as well as having been to this location before. The food was incredible and the service was fast. The server we had was incredible!!! HOWEVER, as I entered the restaurant i confirmed i was there and was told to wait, following this wait i was whistled at, my name chanted and called over like a dog by a member of staff. Very disappointed in this behaviour

Was an average experience - I booked this visit for a celebratory birthday with family and we all love the atmosphere of a Hard Rock ! I had checked the menu online as one of our party was a vegan and I was aware that they did a plant based burger, and that that there was something for everyone on the menu.( I am aware that this is a burger restaurant which our family love but just saw on the menu the plant based burger, which was helpful. ) However when we got there and asked about the Vegendary Burger ( plant based) the staff member told us that the burger bun was not vegan friendly. Eventually after much backwards and forwards to the kitchen staff the server suggested that the plant based burger be served in a bun from the child's menu as these are lactose and gluten free, which we did and it turned out ok. She also explained the the Vegendary Burger is vegetarian and not vegan which was a little confusing in its title. But putting that aside the meals were fine and also the service . It was a noisy place but I suppose thats what to expect in The Hard Rock! I would not rush back to this restaurant, and I have visited quite a few in different countries, but this was just too noisy and impersonal.

Gluten free disappointment. - Visited this restaurant as I knew I could order a gluten free meal. I selected a burger and was told that I could not have chips 😠but either mash potato or salad. ( who wants 2 lots of carbs) chose salad and was presented with croutons in it so this had to be changed, but the salad was awful. Cut up lettuce with 2 tiny plum tomatoes cut in half and a slice of red pepper. If you can’t produce gluten free chips with a burger, at least make the salad exciting. Honestly, I will be thinking twice before I visit again.

Worst Hard Rock Cafe of all we've been to - Honestly I'm sorry to have to do this review, to a restaurant of a chain that I've been fond of for many years. I have visited at least 40 Hard Rock Cafés in the United States (including the 1998 one in New York, which was on another street), Canada and Italy. This, to our surprise, was the worst: despite asking for the burgers to be "well cooked", they brought them undercooked and the sandwich was badly done. The dishes were poorly presented, compared to all other HR. The ribs meat was tough! Prices were extremely high, including Icelandic water at $6 in total per half-liter bottle. The only positives were the courtesy of the waiters, the nice place and the beautiful location in Times Square

Where is the 0 star button when you need it! - We had booked a reservation the day before and when we showed up they led us inside everything seamed normal but as soon as we Saw the table we could litterally see it was Way too small for our food (we were Four people) then instead of moving u’s they wanted to discuss it and raised there voices saying that we just ordered too much (all we had was one thing each a small fries to share and something to drink) you really shouldn’t Think these people lives of costumer service!
