Sweet 16 family trip - Laura was great. Loved all the Gossip Girl references! Central Park is massive! It was my 3rd visit to NYC but first time to the Park. Loved it! Will explore more on my next visit.

A great way to see & learn more about the park - My wife and I did the tour with Laura who was an excellent guide, who was not only full of knowledge but very friendly, not to mention an excellent photographer. We’d recommend this as a great way to see the park including the Imagine tribute to John Lennon which we were especially glad to see as a place of celebration on what would’ve been his 84th birthday. Thanks so much Laura

Movie &Tv Tour Central Park - The Tour Guide (Laura) was a fountain of enthusiasm knowledge and information on our Tour and was easily approachable for anyone with a question regarding the Films Tv locations. Would highly recommend this 2 hour tour.

Great educating experience - What a great experience it was! I was taking a couple days off just relaxing by myself and joined a group to walk around the Central Park and its movie scenes to have a bit of fun & educate myself. Laura Walker was our tour guide, and I couldn't be happier with her being a leader. The level of knowledge she holds, her positivity, upbeat attitude, radiant smile, and warmth was acknowledged by everyone in our group! Even though it was a hot day, she didn't rush through the route and attended to every participant with extra politeness, even though some guests from Spain didn't speak any English. Her eloquent approach to explaining the scenes, really made us to dive deep into those loved movies and shows, and I can honestly say that I learned a lot. Additionally, Laura engaged with German guests in German - it was a pleasure to witness their smiling faces. She answered all our questions, took photos for everyone who asked, and made sure that all were feeling good and satisfied with the tour. I'd definitely love to have more tours with Laura being the tour guide, and will bring friends to join. Thank you so much, you are amazing.

Good tour, check your budget - We really enjoyed this tour; a great way to see some cool locations in Central Park without getting lost! Our guide was very knowledgeable and helpful. We’ve given 4 rather than 5 because we think the price quoted is a bit misleading. Having paid $35 per person we assumed that was the full cost. We didn’t realise the guides work for tips only, like on free walking tours. So naturally we tipped generously as she had been great. This hit the budget a bit and should be clearer in the description. Unclear what the $35 you pay online actually pays for except the right to tag along! If you enjoy film & TV it’s a fun experience but just be aware when you’re budgeting.

Bad Audio-Guide Experience Visit Central Park - Our Guide did not take into account that we had an Audio-Guide (Voicemap app) and did not start the tour at the intended place, as the Audio-Guide is based on GPS position it was impossible for us to start the app and had to follow the tour in English!! After informing our Guide, she simply pointed out that she did not know that people had audio guides and that the tour had started a hundred meters away! It seems to us that it is the least of things to inquire about this with customers!! This makes this visit a very bad memory and a pitiful experience. Guide not up to his job

DISASTROUS Customer Service and SCAMMERS - DISASTROUS customer service and FRAUDSTERS, booked to do the Tour of film locations in central park at 12, we were 45 minutes looking for the guide with confusing directions they send in an email and finally at 12:30 I sent them an email because there was no phone, they replied that I should have been 15 minutes earlier at the meeting point and that they will charge me the Tour, without giving me any other solution, but they did not know that with the Revolut card you can leave the account without funds, when they passed me the charge could not do and immediately blocked them,.
