Would definitely recommend - Great tour guide (Catherine) very knowledgeable. Super pleased with how well the tour took place, lots of stops along the way for our children to play.

Walking Central Park - If we could pick a number great than 5 we would. We spent a phenomenal Sunday afternoon in Central Park with Mark V. We saw so much and learned so much on the tour, we are still praising him a month later. He made the tour about us, frequently asking what we wanted to see and what we wanted to know. Had a lot of tips on where to take pictures. He is incredibly passionate and knowledgeable about Central Park and NYC. We will be hunting him down for another tour when we return to the great city. If one is looking for an outdoor activity or a walking tour this is the one!

A tour we’ll remember forever! - All five of us agreed that we had made the right decision going with the private walking tour through Central Park. Mark V. was extremely knowledgeable as well as entertaining. He listened to our teenage grandchildren who wanted to see movie locations, as well as my husband whose career was in the lawn and garden business so he wanted to know all about the plants and landscaping. Mark accommodated everyone! What we learned was truly fascinating and we got so much more out of all there is to see and enjoy in Central Park than we ever would have on our own. We left with a newfound appreciation for the attention to detail that went into the designing and planning of the park to celebrate the different cultures in the city. And, we’ll never look at a statue of a rider on a horse without counting how many feet are touching the ground again! Mark, you made an lasting impression on our family and, I promise, next time, we’ll do it your way!

Fun in the park - We had a great time with Mark as our tour guide in Central Park. He shared interesting stories about the area and the buildings and statues in the park. His friendly and energetic personality adds a lot of fun. He also gives great advice about other things to see in NYC, so book your tour with Mark early in your trip.

One of the best things you can do in New York City - Fantastic tour. We loved our guide, Mark V, who was knowledgeable about the park’s origins, highlights and architecture but also made the park’s history come to life with great stories about some of the park’s protagonists and nearby residents. He also provided a good dose of humor and a bit of a New York attitude. Highly recommended.

Great Tour of NYC's "Backyard" - A marvelous two hour tour of the lower third of Central Park! Our guide, Robin, was prompt, communicative ahead of time, and extremely knowledgeable about NYC and the park. She adjusted the tour to our pace and interests, while giving us history, pop-culture references, architectural information, and facts about the natural landscape. Would 100% take this tour again!
