Worthwhile cycle ride - We hired normal bikes, electric ones available, interesting tour of Central Park, saw the main elements, some inclines, guide was good, waited at various points to let the group join up. Worth while, recommended

Fun bike tour - lots of great views - The guide (Tony) was really well informed and had lots of good Central Park stories. Well paced with opportunities for photos and taking in the views. Highly recommend.

Fun but slightly disorganized bike tour - I was part of a bike tour with me, 2 others (that I didn't know), and 1 guide. She told us lots about the different sights, architecture, bodies of water, and plants of Central Park. I appreciated the time to stop, take pictures, fill up at the fountain etc. One thing I think she could've done better was to either turn around more (when biking) to make sure we were all right behind her, go slower, or stop more frequently to ensure that we all stayed together. I'd also recommend not going on so many narrow curved paths for safety reasons. At the shop itself, it wasn't the most organized when picking up a helmet, basket, and knowing which group I am with.

Can’t see or hear the tour leader. People got lost and we sat and waited . - It was only ok. Our guide lost half our group in the first 5 minutes of the tour then had to go find the lost people so we had to wait at a spot and do nothing for 15 minutes. This happened a few times.

Long wait, no child bikes- got stranded! - During a big rush, the employees do not have an organized system to help people in order of priority. Although our family of 5 had checked in plenty early, the manager told us we would have to wait for the following tour, which was two hours later. As I had my kids with us, I told him that I really wanted to join the tour we signed up for and we had shown up 20 minutes in advance for. On top of that, they did not have an appropriate bike for my nine-year-old. We had booked our tickets 3 days beforehand through Tripadvisor. Another family with a younger child was told that child would have to ride on a scooter with an older child. They did not have us ready in time and told the rest of the tour group to leave without us, saying they would help us join later. Then they proceeded to help other customers until I asked again and then finally a manager took us to the park to try and join with the other group. Only two of my children got up close enough to the group to join and 3 of us fell behind and were stranded. The Tour guide did not know we were joining. I called the rental company and he told me to wait where I was and eventually we did join, but it was a very stressful moment. We missed some of the early sites as a result. I don’t think this company plans well, and can manage larger groups. I would only use them in low traffic times. And if you have a small child, be sure to confirm that they will be holding a bike for that child. No complaints about the Tour Guide or the itinerary – it was a lovely day and it’s a lovely way to see the park.

Issue with timing - Missed the guided tour due to showing up at 11AM and they had already left, saw nothing in the booking about needing to show up before 11AM to get the bike before
