Great time - Friendly and informative. Well cared for horse. A really lovely outing.would recommend as a nice way to see Central Park

One of our favourite experiences as visitors - Adrian and Lucky were absolutely amazing hosts and really made our experience all the more special! Adrian was very informative about history in and around Central Park, even entertaining us with John Lennon music around Strawberry Fields - a lovely touch. Lucky (a retired race horse) was very gentle and patient as he led us around the park and waited while we stopped and got out for photos. I highly recommend this experience over the bicycles if you’re looking for something with a little personal touch.

Best Central Park tour / guide - Our guide Kenny was amazing !!! He was dressed in formal livery wear and a top hat .. He has been guiding for 40 years , and his breath of knowledge was excellent … Ask for him by name and you’ll never regret it …

Fantastic guide!! - You should first request to have Kenneth Mitchell as your guide. He was fantastic!!! So knowledgeable and was a very engaging host. He stopped for lots of picture opportunities and is a great photographer! His horse Lucky was kind enough to pose with us as well. I recommend this duo 100%!

Great Carriage Ride! - Dermot was a great guide through Central Park! He provided opportunities for us to stop to see landmarks and take photos. Highly recommend!

Went with my Mom during... - Went with my Mom during the week between Christmas and New Year’s… It was hectic, but fun! Santana was very communicative and friendly! It was a really pretty way to see the park.

Good tour, only a few slight issues - We had a good tour, our guide was knoweldgeable, especially about movies filmed in Central Park. The carriage was comfortable. My only issues were that the pickup location was incorrect and it was difficult to locate the operator in the lineup of carriages once we got to the correct location. It also would have been very helpful for the operator to have a speaker so that he would have been easier to hear in the carriage.

Don’t do it - Not worth the money. Should have been 50 min. Was only 30 min. Driver was nice and all. But really only gave facts about movies. Not the park it’s self.

Disappointed - Never happened. Went to the met the driver to be told there were no horses and carriage trips because of the weather. There was no one around I could speak to. I ended up paying out for another way to get around the park with a bike and a carriage. One of the drivers had had a txt message saying the horses wouldn’t be used today because of the weather. Why do you not also message your customers.

Poor communication and disappointed - After planning our morning around this 10 AM tour with my family and walking 1.5 miles up to the meet up point, we find out after being told by the bike tour guides that the carriage rides were all cancelled due to the heat. It was hot that day but no one bothered to text or call us that AM or the even the day/evening before to inform us it would be cancelled. (The operator can see a 3 to 10 day forecast like the rest of us). If you’re taking the tour in the summer you might want to call the day before to verify it’s still a go. Very disappointed that this messed up our plans for the morning since we only had a couple days to show our kids NY and this was our Central Park visit. They quickly refunded our money but communication needs to be better in respect of a customers time.
