The best 9/11 tour - Excellent tour!!! Jon has done careful and extensive research to put this tour together. It was a comprehensive tour with all that you were ever curious about 9/11. Not to be missed!!

GOAT = Greatest Of All Tours - Excellent tour! Jon projects his voice well like a talk show host. You just can’t hear some tour guides really well. I learned things about WTC/911 I never knew! He was great at answering questions. Even with the tour being about a heavy subject, he was good at keeping things light hearted with a few jokes. Great info as well about Orio Palmer, truly an American hero. And thanks for telling us about Magnolia bakery; the banana pudding is amazing there! Highly recommend! A+!

Best Tour Guide in the city - This guy is the most knowledgeable tour guide I’ve ever had, bar none. He knows the history of the city, its founders, its buildings, its food, and probably any other subject you ask him about.

Loved the experience - Jon the tour guide’s knowledge of the city was facilitating. We walked at a nice calm pace and never felt tired since I was having so much fun. As we were walking, he pointed out many hidden gems to get a quick bite. I would definitely take another tour with Jon! He is funny and very thorough.

Jon was amazing on our 9-11 tour - The knowledge and delivery of our tour guide Jon was exceptional! His passion and respect for those involved in this horrific day on US soil was carefully delivered. Although we were a group of couples on our tour, each of us felt as though we were on a private tour, as he made every effort to make eye contact with each and every one of us.
Also, JON was able to answer all questions asked with no hesitation.
Highly recommend him for all NYC tours!

Amazing tour of the 9/11 Memorial & Museum - Jon was an incredible guide - We had an amazing tour of the 9/11 Memorial & Museum. Our guide, Jon was fantastic - so knowledgeable & passionate. He had many fascinating stories of brave & heroic acts. Jon even made sure I could find the name of a friend who was killed in the south tower. The museum was very well done & full of interesting artifacts.

Great experience - I recently took CityShuffle’s 9/11 guided tour, and it was an incredible experience.
