Would recommend - With an 8 hour layover in Hong Kong, we booked a 6 hour stint in the lounge. We used the showers and enjoyed the food, which was constantly changing as the time went along. The lounge was popular and well patronised. The only disappointment was there was nowhere to catch some quiet time to rest between flights.

Don't bother - go buy some food in the airport - Another really disappointing Plaza Premium Lounge. Priority Pass should be seriously reconsidering only offering these very average lounges to clients. There is a queuing process so expect a 15-30 minute way to get in. Food was average. atmosphere not great but the staff were nice so that's something.

Basically a Buffet with a Line - We were traveling through Hong Kong Airport and had a few hours before our flight would depart. Hong Kong and it's airport are fairly expensive so when my wife had a free lounge pass coupon from Trip.com, we decided to buy two more since we had time and we figured we would more than make the money back with a few hours to spare. When we found the first location for this lounge (there are actually other locations) we were told to take a number and wait, unheard of with any actual airport lounge. We would have to wait 20-30 minutes based on our number and the current number being served. We asked about this bizzarre process and the employee curtly told us there were other locations. Annoyed but out a decent amount of money, we walked 10+ minutes to the next closet location. It also had a line, but a shorter line. Still we had to wait 15-20 minutes to get inside. The food was good, with decent but not amazing selection. I think the buffet, I mean lounge, is mostly worth it for unlimited beer, wine, liquor, and plenty of charging ports. We stayed about 2 hours before catching our Hong Kong Express fight to Seoul. We probaly wouldn't book this lounge again unless we had several hours to enjoy it, but being more upfront about the wait would make less stress and frustration for travelers and the lounge's staff.

There's no meat in the food. - The Plaza Premium Lounge is located in Hong Kong Airport, but this time it is a layover, using facilities near Gate 35 for the outbound journey and Gate 1 for the return journey. "Gate 35 Near" is quite crowded due to its small area. The common denominator was that beer went from cans to servers. "Gate 35 Near" controls itself. Request the staff to pour "Gate 1 Near". The level of food was lower than before. I could hardly find any meat like in the dining room of the Olympic Village in Paris.

Not the worst, but definitely not good! - Entirely dependent on when you get there. I had a 6 hour pass so I saw the good and bad. As soon as I got there it was packed, nowhere to sit, no privacy at all, and barely any food/drink. After an hour two it thinned and was able to actually relax a bit. The complimentary shower was definitely the highlight but would have been fine without. Had to ask for an adapter since there was nowhere to put USB-C, which is everywhere in the free, main waiting areas of airport. More needs to be included for this to be worth it and even make sense.

RIP OFF SCAM DON’T BOTHER waste of Money - Don’t even dare to pay to get in. Stuffy, crowded and takes time to get in. Seeing the inside is just a joke. The food is ordinary, bland very few varieties to choose. Better stay at the food court you get better food there.

The Lounge is a Concentration Camp for First-Timers - Super long queue of 20+ people towards the midnight. There is one staff at the entrance checking in passengers. I cannot tell what was his origin. He is slow and easily distracted. It takes 5 minutes to process one passenger. And upon entering I realized the place was FULL. People standing and waiting for others to leave in order to secure a seat. I will not transit in Hongkong in future because of this poor lounge.

Rude Bar Staff - The ladies the bar were discriminating, when asked for an alcoholic drink they said have coffee, tea and juice, no drinks for you. I didn’t even have one alcoholic beverage that day, then they laughed. RUDE AND ABSURD!
