Great tour! - Jessie and Paul were fantastic. We went in the sunset cruise and saw a lot of wildlife. We saw manatee, dolphins, birds and even a couple gators. Definitely a must do when in the area!

Fantastic experience - Such a fun experience!! Beautiful views and our guides, Jessie and Paul, were excellent. Saw lots of dolphins and manatees and lots of the history of the area. Highly recommend!!

Great tour@ - Very nice! Captains Jim and Austin were awesome. Saw lots of dolphins and even some manatees and a gator in salt water! Seating was comfortable, and they stopped th boat when they spotted some wildlife. They are very knowledgeable about the lagoon.

Highly recommended! - Wonderful trip with Captain Jim and Captain Austin! I can’t say enough good things about it! We saw tons of dolphins, manatees, snowy egrets and even an alligator! Captain Jim was a great narrator, telling us about the area, animals and history. Captain Austin was also knowledgeable about the wildlife and very personable. We plan on doing another trip with this business again due to how much we enjoyed it. My teen grandson loved the trip too. Highly recommend booking with them!

Awesome boat tour - This was an amazing boat tour!! Captains Jesse and Austin were very friendly, knowledgeable, and skilled.
Dolphin sightings were plentiful, and even jumped in the air beside our boat our boat!! There were also many manatees!
We were able to see a rocket launch from KSC, just 12 miles away!!!
I highly recommend this tour!!

Excellent Tour - The Captain was very knowledgeable and we were able to see several dolphins and manatees! We were able to enjoy the view and take in the history along the way!! Definitely recommend!!

Canceled tour - Tour got canceled 2h before start via e-mail which we saw when we already drove to New Smyrna beach. We were really looking forward to this tour and are very disapointed. Not a reliable company.

DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY YOUR BUSINESS. - WORST COMPANY EVER!!!!!
THEY canceled our reservation 3 hours before the scheduled tour - - due to "not enough reservations"
(ALL other sunset cruises were FULLY booked in the area - - now I know why their company was not)
Our reservations were booked through TripAdvisor - - Turtle Rver then refused to answer the email(s) sent from TripAdvisor so that we could get a refund. When I called to resolve the situation (3 days later) "Mike" yelled over me saying he "did what he needed to do & would not waste any more of his time with TripAdvisor & it was my fault for booking through them..." this went on for 4 minutes. He continued to yell over me while I repeatedly asked him "why won't you confirm YOUR cancelation?"
He made a disappointing situation even worse.
If he doesn't want to "waste his time with TripAdvisor" - - why is he partnered with them? All trip advisor needed him to do was respond to an email.
Thank you TripAdvisor for issuing our refund without confirmation from Mike - - who is an ABSOLUTE jerk!!!
