Amazing experience! - Incredible tour, our host was extremely knowledgeable and personable, and this was one of the most interesting experiences I had in NoLa! A way to hear about the not-so-talked-about parts of the city, while also getting PROPERLY creeped out!

Incredible ghost tour - Malika is an amazing storyteller with so much knowledge and we were completely captivated from beginning to end. Learnt so much about the history and culture of New Orleans with lots of spookiness on the way. Highly recommend this tour to hear the entertaining, terrifying and tragic ghost stories of New Orleans told with great care.

The dead have tales; history is more interesting than fan fiction - Learned about the tour from a Condé Nast article and sprinted to book tickets. The amount of research that Malika brought was impressive. Sharing both lore and truth, she weaved in storytelling and humor. With a small group, it felt more like a personalized tour. I appreciated being able to hear and ask questions. Don’t shortchange yourself into only hearing the revised, fantasy narratives of New Orleans, make sure to check out this tour and the others they offer.

Best ghost tour in New Orleans - This is my second time taking a tour with Malika, and it was once again phenomenal. Our whole group had a great time, learned so much, and came away with so much to discuss. Malika gives a wonderful tour that speaks to the history of the city and gives you the chills for so many reasons. I can’t recommend this tour enough and I’ll be back!

Ghosts for the Culture! - I have done plenty of ghost tours in New Orleans and usually stick with the same ones but I am so happy that I tried something different with this tour. It's was the perfect mix between spooky, education and for the culture. I highly recommend it to everyone!

The Best and BLACKEST TOUR THERE IS!! - First and foremost Malika is one of the best tour guides my wife and I have been on a tour with IN THE WORLD! She is knowledgeable , energetic and an absolute joy to spend a few hours with in New Orleans (Truthfully I could have listened to Malika give me the full history of Nola for days!🫶) . Malika gave us the amazing, heartbreaking and tragic history of blacks in New Orleans and the tragic spirits that still roam the places they met their horrible and / or tragic ends! This history is important and not as well known, Malika brought this knowledge to us in a compassionate and passionate manor. We cannot recommend her tour enough! Malika you made our Nola trip well worth it, thank you!

Cool spooky experience with some Black History along the way - Malika was great and personalized our tour to us. She was very knowledgeable and often referred to research to back up her folklore. We learned a lot from the experience and would take a tour with Anansis Daughters again!
