Mississippi 1/2 step - I thought the whole experience was great. After hearing about the big refurbishment of the boat, I wanted to get the family on when they came to visit. The food and drinks and service was top notch. The nice tour on the engine room and wandering around the boat was wonderful and a beautiful night on a full moon on the river. It was spectacular.

Riverboat tour with live jazz - We did the evening tour in February. It got dark early so we couldn’t see much but we did have a good view of the skyline and the bridge all lit up. We didn’t do dinner and were glad - those doing dinner were kind of stuck inside during dinner and we had the freedom to roam the boat. It was cold, so if you come in February come dressed warm! We liked the jazz music.

Super fun! Really easy... - Super fun! Really easy going way to spend a night. I’m a vegetarian and was still able to find some good options to eat at the dinner.

It was nice. but never again - To start, i paid for 5 people, but one of our flights were cancelled, with 2 of our party stuck in Pennsylvania. I couldnt get any refund and just lost that $200 of the $537 paid. It was so cold, we had to huddle inside. This is NOT an activity for cold, wet, winter weather. And if there is even the SLIGHTEST chance your flights or other arrangements could be cancelled (even when its completely out of your control).. do NOT book. I tried to do this for my family. Saved for many months to afford it. I feel the company could have helped us in some way.

Very cold, go in the daytime! - We went on the 7pm trip so we boarded at 6, band was great and sunset lovely. Band plays 6-7 then comes back on when you're nearly back home. It was freezing and pitch black so would recommend going in the daytime when the sun is shining as it just was not enjoyable unfortunately. The views were of a lot of ugly cargo ships and building so not as expected. The toilets were not clean and neither ladies doors locked. Although we saw the daytime trip was absolutely rammed, I'd definitely say go in the sun!

This company Sucks! No Professionalism at all!! - I wouldn't recommend this company to my worst enemy. I was taking my wife on this cruise for her birthday Superbowl weekend. We arrived and decided not to take the tour because there was not a live band as advertised. I even asked and employee who confirmed this. So we decided not to do the tour and left. So we tried to cancel it and get a refund. I was told if you cancel after 24 hours we wouldn't receive a full refund. Cool it's even in the policy. No problem! We left the boat 30 minutes before the tour. Then was told at the counter we can get a refund at all it's non refundable??? That is not in the description anywhere. They just took all our money with no type of compensation!!! To me this is a total scam. We payed for a tour we didn't even take.

Boring - Not happy, food was terrible. Dinner time was too late to enjoy food. Roast beef was tasteless, chicken dry, don’t eat any other food they had. Only good thing was my hot tea and dessert. Walked away hungry, not worth the money, very disappointed
