One of the best experiences ever - The tour was incredible. Went have a great guide with a huge knowledge and skills to tell it in interesting ways. The views were incredible. It was overall one of the greatest experiences we had on our tours.

A great day out, from the moment we were picked up at the hotel to an amazing 90 minutes on the water. - The swamp tour was amazing. Kenny, our Captain, manage to find us a lot of gators, including a couple of huge ones. Highlight was when he touched one on the snot and gave him a treat. He also showed us some other wildlife including two friendly raccoons! Poured with rain for a bit but that helped cool us down on a hot day! Highly recommend this tour

Great day with gators ! - Spent a great day yesterday visiting the swamp and seeing alligators. We received an on time pickup from French Quarter and a 40 minute drive to our boat tour in a beautiful air conditioned bus. We arrived and had plenty of time to use bathroom and buy some water and snacks from little gift shop. Got,on our airboat, met our charming guide, put on our air protection and we were off. We drove through the swamp, which was beautiful until we started sei g the gators. Stopped and had an opportunity to see them up close, strangely beautiful and primitive. Our guide was wonderful, funny and gave us a lot of information about these creatures, his life in the area, and other birds and wildlife we saw. I learned a lot and would highly recommend. Bring some sunscreen, I got a little burned on my neck but otherwise it was a great day!

Definitely worth it! - Do this! Definitely worth the time and money. Our guide, Dewey, was not only very knowledgeable, but also entertaining. Dewey knew where to find his alligator buddies, engaged with them and included us. I swear he gets the alligators to smile😄We went on the morning tour, in August. It was great! Dewey knows how to control the AC on the air boat. Don't miss out!!

Awesome tour. Bring... - Awesome tour. Bring something to keep you stuff dry if rain is expected. Very cool scenery and wildlife.

Great experience - I have always wanted to go through the swamps of the Deep South and look at the alligators on a wind powered boat and this experience did not disappoint. Guide was very knowledgeable and we saw a lot of alligators and bird life and even a close encounter with a raccoon. I would highly recommend this tour.

Stunning Scenery, Great Guide - The alligators were absolutely beautiful animals. Dewey, our guide was incredible. Funny, and really knew his stuff. You could tell that he is passionate about what he does. We are definitely coming back.

Fun ride with incredibly kind employees! - Let me start by saying that the airboat ride itself is fantastic! Our captain Kenny was very friendly and funny and provided a perfect mix of fun fast moving boating and time spent looking at alligators. We saw over a dozen! All of the other employees we encountered were extremely friendly as well. I reduced by 1 star simply for the fact that the entire pick up/drop off from your hotel is a little messy. You are asked to stand outside your hotel for up to 30 minutes to be picked up and are then taken to a spot where you transfer to another bus (at least this is our experience.) Once at the airboat docks you have 40 minutes to just stand around and wait! This seemed like too long for us. Yes, there is a little souvenir/snack shop but other than that it’s just picnic tables. Waiting for 40 minutes in the heat/humidity just seemed like too much. I could see 20 maybe. On the way back we were on the bus for well over an hour (and there were still others that hadn’t been dropped off!) We did head back toward the city around rush hour on a Friday but by the time we were dropped off at our hotel the entire experience was almost 5 hours with only about 1:45 of it on the water. I wasn’t as irritated on the way home since we were in an air conditioned bus and the airboat ride was fun but just know this when planning anything after. While I appreciate the door to door service it may save time to make a couple meeting points for passengers to get picked up at. I think if you have your own transportation this tour is a no brainer! Travel/wait time aside I would still recommend it since the experience on the water was so cool and the people were great! Just be aware of the waiting and long transport.
