Oak Alley Plantation and Swamp tour. - Our bus driver Joane was soo knowledgeable, and a good speaker. The plantation grounds, and buildings were beautiful, very nicely preserved and redone. Tour guides here were knowledgeable as well. Great gift shop, and though I did not partake, glad alcoholic beverages were available in the little building. Our swamp tour guide Tom was excellent. What an experience! He lives the life, and truly knows the land. We did some New Orleans, inner city tours, but this day was the highlight of our trip. Thank you for this opportunity.

Great Day Trip From NOLA - The swamp tour was so much fun and tour guide was awesome. I did enjoy the plantation tour but i felt that more time should’ve been spent educating others about the slave experience on the plantation. While the plantation is beautiful there is a lot of pain there that should not be forgotten.

Swamp Revisit - The tour guide was excellent constantly fed us history about Louisiana, plantations and the swamps and answered every question excellently. The swamp guid was also excellent a native Cajun that knew the swamps inside out. 100% recommend

This tour was fantastic.... - This tour was fantastic. We wanted to see the grounds of Oak Alley and it was even better than anticipated…but what really stood out was the swamp tour. Shockingly it was incredible, interactive, and so entertaining! The captain was SO good at getting everyone involved and it was just plain fun!

The guide for the swamp... - The guide for the swamp tour was very informative. He showed us all the wildlife throughout the swamp boat ride. 1 of the more exciting moments was when the guide fed the alligators.

Amazing tour!! - I cannot recommend this tour enough. Our tour guide Robi was amazing! Informative, engaging, funny and kind. Driver Dominique was great -- kept us safe, smooth steady driving, and very nice as well. Oak Alley plantation was so pretty and the tour was informative and very illustrative of the history at the plantation. The swamp tour blew us away! Captain Tom was such a charismatic and kind, funny, and knowledgeable man. We thoroughly enjoyed the stories and history that he shared with us, and learning about life in the bayou. He went out of his way to make sure we had a good time and could see the wildlife there. We loved learning about the different alligators, raccoons, the birds, boars, and their stories and day to day. Totally unforgettable and we would do this tour again!

Book it! - BOOK THIS NOW! this was my favorite tour we did on our trip. ROBI was our tour guide and he is amazing! Regina the drive was awesome too! I loved everything about this tour. The knowledge ROBI has of the area and all the information given to us was amazing. The motor coach was clean and up to date. The A/C was perfect for the hot day we had. The plantation was beautiful and sad at the same time. The food at the plantation was mediocre though, I recommend bring your own in a tote or something. The swamp tour was GREAT! Our boat guide was as Cajun as it gets. I absolutely loved it. He was a hoot! Cracking jokes, Informing us about all types of things - not just gators. He showed us crawfish, we got to pet a baby alligator, and watch him feed the big ones! We saw a gator catch and eat a catfish too. So wild! This tour was perfect. I strongly recommend doing this tour! Do it your first or second day there. You won’t regret it!

Good but not great - It was a good tour but not great. The plantation was very interesting and beautiful grounds with refreshment and toilet facilities. The Swamp tour was fun with a good guide with plenty of wise cracks. The downfall was for non stop commentary on the coach for hours!, from the minute you got on to the minute you got off. I appreciate we are being informed, but some of the material was pointless and waffle. So if you can stand constant chatter over the speakers go for it, if not think of another trip without the coach!

Not worth the money - This is very much a commercialize tour with specific agendas at both locations. The plantation ensured you would not really get your see the big house with the oversized tour and fast pace. The swap tour was simply a put together private swamp with predetermined feedings of raccoons in hopes you would see blood and carnage. Our tour guide at the swamp was way too much and we barely went anywhere.
