This was an excellent... - This was an excellent tour, I have done the walking tour, they are nice but this one picks you up at your hotel and drops you off at your hotel, very convenient and it was filled with so much history and information and we had a few stops. I would highly recommend this Tour as a travel consultant taking this tour without Viator knowing I’m an agent gives me clear to see this so I may share with my clients once again I would recommend this tour

Minibus Tour - This minibus tour was exactly what I was looking for! I wanted to relax during our trip and sight see other parts of New Orleans. Our driver even picked us up at one of the closest available hotel locations. I forgot his name but he explained many sites throughout the whole ride - which was about 2.5-3 hours long! We made two stops, one at a cemetery and second at the Cafe Du Monde in Audubon Park. The following day, my husband and I took the St. Charles Streetcar Line (free transportation) to revisit some of the interesting spots from the tour. Definitely worth the experience when visiting NOLA!

Bus tour of New Orleans - We only had 2,5 days in Nola and wanted a full overview of the city upon arrival so we could decide what to revisit going forward. The tour did not disappoint, our driver/guide Joseph was super friendly and knowledgeable and gave us a wealth of information all with a smile. We really felt we got such a good overview of the area and know the layout better to continue our visit as well learned so much about the history as well. I had my 3 teenage kids with me and they also loved it. Highly recommend! Ps plus they picked up/dropped off at our hotel just amazing service

Well done Gary - Absolutely the best way to start the New Orleans experience. Gary our tour guide was so knowledgeable and personable. He was engaging and gave us so many wonderful tips on how to best enjoy this beautiful city.

Worth it! - The tour was 3 hours and I got to know New Orleans better than any other city I've been to. Try it when you have down time.

SCAM ALERT! DO NOT GIVE THEM BUSSINESS. - I would give 0 stars if I could and would tell anyone to go ANYWHERE!! else but with this company. I reserved 2 tickets for a city tour for Sat Nov 1st for the 1:30 pm hotel pickup. I paid a 50.00 deposit with a tour agency on Canal st, and was advised to pay the additional 50.00 after the tour. I called at 1:00 to confirm my reservation and spoke with Ava was told the driver would pick up me at my hotel between 1:30 and 1:45 pm. By 1:50 I called requesting an ETA on the driver since I was sitting outside since 1:15. I was told the driver would be at my hotel before 2. I called again after 2:00 and was told that the driver was at my hotel and left. I said he could have not been at my hotel since I was standing outside before the pick up time and waited past the pick up time. I also said I provided my correct phone number to the booking agent which was written on my receipt and the driver did not call me. When I asked the company to confirm what phone number they were calling it was noticed that the driver was provided a different number then what I provided. (The last two digits of my phone # were mixed) I explained that per my receipt my phone number was provided and written correctly and if the company was provided a different phone number to the driver that I did not provide that is not the fault of the patron (Me). The company explained that the tour companies can only pick up in one section of the Hilton Hotel and the driver did not see me and my guest so they left. I explained that, the booking agent did not explain any pick up locations criteria nor are there any signs at the hotel instructing guests where to meet shuttles for tours, so I was waiting in the front of the hotel where drop off is. This company reported they can rebook me for another day but I was leaving the next day Sun Nov 2nd at 9 am and there were no other tours that fit into my travel plans. I said because this was THEIR ERROR and not mine I would like a refund. The company is refusing to offer a refund even though I have a receipt PROVING I provided the correct information and they were WRONG. After speaking with the manager and saying a service was paid for but no service was rendered they said their deposits are non refundable and there is nothing they can do and then proceeded to hang up on me. Even with them confirming they were wrong and they made an error this company is refusing to issues a refund. I come to New Orleans all the time and very familiar with the different tour companies. I told the company I don't have any plans to come back to NOLA anytime soon due to surgery so rebooking is not an option. They refused! So my advice use a company that values the people that aren't scammers and thieves!! Because Southern style tours will take your money, and not care.
