Joseph is the best!!! - Joseph is amazing! He made this trip the highlight of our visit and the most memorable, I watched the other tour bus and Joseph definitely does it better. I love how he gave the background and history before letting us explore so we got to walk through and connect the dots, he planned his driving habits around what he needed to say and it flowed perfectly. He gave us a heads up way before we got to it with constant updates so we could get our cameras ready, I would change nothing!!!

Thanks Gary! - This was a fantastic experience that we enjoyed so much. It was a great way to see a lot of the city in just a short time. We wished that we had taken this at the beginning of our time in NO because Gary gave great advice on what to visit and where to eat.

Excellent! - The experience in 2023 was great and the one this year was also great and we learned new things like the levees were different than the pumps and that water displacement couldn’t happen in Lake Ponchitran because the lake flooded.

Excellent tour of this unique city - The tour bus picked us up at our hotel. The tour guide Joseph was very good. We had a really amazing experience. He is from the area and showed us how it feels to live below sea level in a truly beautiful and unique city.

Mini Bus Tour of New Orleans - My son and I wanted to hear the history of the different areas of New Orleans. Our tour guide was Gary. Gary was very knowledgeable about the environmental damages that hurricane Katrina left in New Orleans. He gave us some very interesting facts about the areas we saw. We stopped at a cemetery as well. This experience would have been better if we were able to take photos at popular spots in some of the towns we saw. Gary tried really hard to engage everyone in conversation during our tour. Letting things flow naturally is usually more comfortable for most people. Overall, this was a good tour.

The tour that never happened - My husband and I booked this tour, the city tour of New Orleans. We booked it particularly because he has mobility challenges and we thought this would be a great way for him to see New Orleans. So we went downtown to the French quarter and we're walking to the place where we were to be picked up when we got a call that they had canceled the tour. Less than an hour before it was scheduled to start, they canceled the tour. No explanation. Just canceled. I don't think this is a good way to do business so I talked to the manager who could not give me a good reason why the tour was canceled. My guess was there wasn't enough people and so they canceled the tour. This threw off our whole itinerary for the day. We had planned our entire day around this tour. It is not easy for my husband to get around and I really resent the fact that they've canceled it less than an hour before it was to start. This is no way to do business.
