300 years of history in 2.5 entertaining hours - From Congo Square where it all began to Mahogany Hall, where the finest contemporary practitioners play, this tour took us through the history of New Orleans jazz—or at least the 20th century history. That was perfect for us, since we wanted to hear about the “big picture” of New Orleans jazz. Our guide, Adam, was knowledgeable and personable, and he had a real passion for his subject. Hopefully you get him to show you around.

NOLA jazz tour - Adam was absolutely amazing. He answered all my questions and didn’t get annoyed at the fact I wouldn’t stop talking about stuff that had nothing to do with jazz. He knew exactly what he was talking about and had a sense of humor. My daughters and I had an absolute blast. 10/10 would recommend.

A Night of Jazz - Adam was a wonderful guide. His knowledge and expertise brought Jazz alive for us. It was definitely an educational experience without feeling you were in a classroom. Roaming the streets of New Orleans and wrapping up at a lively Jazz Club is definitely a must.

Kristie told us a lot... - Kristie told us a lot about NOLA music history. We walked a lot, but at a moderate pace, and we saw plenty of Bourbon street! The two live music spots we stopped at were fantastic and we were able to stay as long as we wanted. We highly recommend this tour.
