Amazing food and learning experience - great time! - This was my favorite NOLA experience. Chef Ricardo was very hospitable, informative and entertaining and provided a great amount of culinary guidance as well as history. The food we made was the best meal we had on our trip! The assistant (Monique?) was also very helpful; the lady (former nurse) at the register the next day was super friendly- we enjoyed shopping the spices, and the gift aprons from the event, I would absolutely do this again - highly recommend!!!

Great Experience and Cooking - Chef Ricardo is so great, he's funny, and kept us engaged. My sistsr and I had an amazing time and would do it again. Definetly would recommend.

Foodie Fixings Delight - Top to bottom outstanding experience. Cindy was delightful as the host chef, and Keith kept is in clean dishes and open libations. The food was fresh and plentiful to cook with and a delight for the senses. Highly recommend.

Cooking class fun, entertaining and delicious - We attended the class with two other couples we knew and two additional couples. It was a great experience. We fely the hands on cooking class, though higher in price, would be more interesting than simply going to the demonstration class. We were able to drink Mimosas, Bloody Mary's, beer or wine throughout and then all five couples shared a table to eat the food we prepare. We made chicken and andoulie gumbo, BBQ shrimp and grits and bananas Foster crepes with ice cream. Chef Eric was our instructor. He was patient, explaining everything and had a great sense of humor. All the food prep work, measuring, etc was completed before the class by staffers, so all we had to do was cook and prepare the dishes. Highly recommended.

Wonderful Experience - Our family had so much fun and learned so much about New Orleans history and how food helped to define the culture of the city. The food was amazing. I learned some new techniques and I feel confident that I can pan fry fish. Our chef was Ricardo and he made the class informative and fun!!! I highly recommend this experience. You won’t be disappointed.

Great experience even if you're gluten free! - This cooking class was top-notch! Our instructor was Austin. He was young, had energy and lots of experience. I am gluten free and he was able to allow me to make my meals with gluten-free products. My food turned out just as good as everyone else's. It was a great experience and I would highly recommend it and do it again. We made barbecue shrimp grits, sausage gumbo and bananas Foster crepes. Our class size was 10 people and we enjoyed sitting around the table eating our dinner and visiting.

Our favorite excursion in New Orleans! - One of the best things we’ve ever done on a trip! The chef was so much fun and highly knowledgeable! The atmosphere was so fun and encouraging. A fabulous experience for couples, as you do get your own space while still being around others. The food was phenomenal! Worth every penny!
