Graves' stories - Walking not bad, only shade is when guide stops to talk, very interesting fact based tour about early burials, deaths, and tombs in the 1800s.

We loved this tour! - We loved this tour! It was wonderful being able to go in multiple cemeteries and hear about the different burials and traditions throughout the history of New Orleans. Our guide (Thorn?) had a wealth of information and it was so interesting hearing all he had to share.

Unique & great tour! - I should have probably done a bit more research into Nola cemetery tours prior to booking, as this particular tour did not include St. Louis Cemetery #1 which next to Lafayette (consequently closed for repairs), was one I desperately wanted to see. Yet having said all that, this tour was still really cool! The cemeteries included, were off the beaten path & not super touristic like St. Louis or Lafayette which in hindsight to me, is more unique for a tour. Also Thorn our guide, was very knowledgeable and deeply engaging with a fantastic sense of humor, keeping me thoroughly invested and entertained the entire time. I definitely recommend this tour & experience!

Who would no the do’s and don’ts and the whys they hurried people above ground and who is in there with there stories. Excellent history. Bring cold water with you. It was about amd hour but pure sun.

Be careful which cemetery tour this is, there are several. Great guide here. - Pleasantly, the tour met in near a free public parking lot at a restaurant, with the emphasis on free in New Orleans. And that was the first bright spot. There are many cemetery tours in NO with an unnatural fascination, but seems like a "got to do" in NO. Our guide was the highlight. Has been doing the tour for many years and is part of associations that manage a couple. Extremely knowledgeable, but even better at telling a story. His dialogue led us from one stop to another on our walk, always piquing our interest. Group of 15, but he was considerate and found shade when possible and always waited for everyone to catch up and talk to the whole group.
