Very recommended tour! - Our guide Afrin was very kind, she has very good mastery of Spanish, the tour included a lot of interesting places. The car was very clean and new, our driver very kind. Very good tour.

It was Fantastic, Will visit more with my family members and In laws members in future - it was amazinggggggg by the tour Guide Mr Wahid Ali, he explained everything which literally goosebumps for every Stories behind the Monument and Buildings, it will not happened, if it not explained by him... The best way to get to Agra! - OMG the train to the Agra alone is completely worth this experience! Definitely the best way to travel. All connections went smoothly, Raju our guide was knowledgeable and accomodating of our slower pace, the hotel lunch was lovely (Marriott, be prepared to buy your water as not included, or take with you from the car), however we had to choose between Agra Fort and 'Baby Taj' which isn't clear on the itinerary on Viator, and the 5 free photos was a complicated process so we went with the 42 which were taken (IRA2000). This though is just a heads up, we thoroughly enjoyed our day. We were an hour early for the return train after completing Taj/ Agra Fort/ so do ask to include something else if you find yourself in the same position. Also FYI if you are after a small Taj Mahal keepsake they are available from platform 1 at the train station at a very reasonable price, so you don't have to succumb to be trawled around the usual tourist shopping traps in order to find one! Or buy from touts.

Terrible Communication and Organizaton - Look Elsewhere - Terrible communication - vacation ruining mistakes made. We booked the first class train option FOUR months in advance. Company confirmed about a week ahead of the activity that we were good to go via WhatsApp. The afternoon before the scheduled activity (Thursday) the operator let us know that, in fact, the Taj is closed on Fridays. Maybe I'm the idiot who didn't do research, but why was this not told to me when we booked or at the time of confirmation even the week before? Why can I book this on Fridays at all?
We then said we would go and just look from afar, but we were then told we were NOT even confirmed on a train reservation and we would be accommodated with a van from Delhi to Agra. Just so we are clear - that drive is 3.5 hours each way with NO traffic (hotel concierge said it would probably be 4-5 hours with traffic).
So, now we have two major problems. The tour was not going to be what was booked and confirmed AND we do not have the transport we paid for. Great. Two GIANT missteps in my opinion for a tour operator.
Two of our group had to drop out if we went a day later but they could not confirm if we would indeed have train transportation on that day. This small bit is not their fault, but would have been possible to fix if they contacted us further in advance of the Friday closure issue.
So I'm left with two things I'm still scratching my head about. Why can I book on Friday and not hear about the Taj being closed until about 14 hours before my departure? Why was my tour confirmed a week ahead of time? Why were my train tickets never even booked?
As a result of this company's terrible organization skills, they made 24 hours of my vacation a living hell, trying to salvage seeing the Taj for all of our group (minus the two leaving a day earlier). Don't trust these people. They have a lot to learn about communication.

Do not book - they’re scammers - This is a terrible tour company. We booked months in advance since the Taj Mahal was the #1 attraction we wanted to see in India and 12 hours before we were supposed to go they informed us that the Taj Mahal is closed on Fridays so we would be unable to go. It has always been closed on Fridays but they still allowed us to book the tour for a Friday and waited til the very last minute to let us know. This was the last day of a 12 day trip for me so there was no way to reschedule and I ended up not being able to see the main thing I came all the way to India for. DO NOT book with this company they are scammers.

Scammers - do NOT book! - Do NOT book with this company - they are SCAMMERS! My friends and I booked this tour months in advance. However, the company waited until the day before our tour was scheduled for to tell us that the Taj Mahal wasn’t open for visitors on Fridays. They instead offered to still let us go but that we’d only be able to see the Taj from a distance and not go inside or we could go the day after but not be able to take the train there, adding another 2-3 hours of travel each way via car. The company should have never let us book the tour for a Friday to begin with and should have so closed this information to us when we booked, not the day before the tour. They absolutely screwed us over and ruined our trip as we were unable to find last minute options. Avoid booking with this company at all costs!

Unprofessional and uncommunicative - We were supposed to go on this tour but ultimately could not. The day before we were scheduled to leave for Agra, the operator told us — for the first time — that we could not go to the Taj Mahal on the day we booked because it was closed on Fridays (we had booked the tour five months in advance). While we confirmed this is true and it is a little on us for not doing our research beforehand, it is unacceptable that the company never flagged this for us when booking. To top it off, the company had not even purchased our train tickets, so even if we had decided to go on the tour without seeing the Taj, we wouldn’t have been able to. When booking a tour, you expect that the details will be handled and that you will be able to get what you booked. This was not the case with this company.
I will note that they did refund us, but that does not adequately compensate the stress of trying to plan a new trip at the last minute. I would not recommend this company or tour to a friend.
