Excellent guided tour in Agr - Had a lively experience in Agra with Asif who was our tour guide. He was patient and explained in details all the queries we asked. He was with us in Taj Mahal and Agra fort. Best part was that he explained to us in both English and Hindi as we had members in the family who could understand only one language. Highly recommend him for tours in Agra.

Pleasant trip - The guide was really helpful and kind. We travelled with an eldery person and he was flexible with the timings. He explained the history of the places really well. He took pictures of us too.

An informative and entertaining tour - Vicky met us at our hotel before dawn with a driver and arranged Taj Mahal tickets for us on our way to the East Gate. I’m sure we would have eventually figured out what to do and where to go if we were on our own but we sped through the entry process with our guide and were soon inside. It’s an amazing place visually of course, but Vicky’s commentary and knowledge at every step was interesting and informative. The experience would definitely not have been as fulfilling without him. Naturally moving at a pace that suited us but always fine about us asking extra questions or lingering for that extra photo, Vicky showed us some finer details and told us stories about the kings and the history of the buildings. Having agreed for Vicky to also accompany us on a tour of Agra Fort we returned to the hotel for breakfast then met Vicky and driver again. Again we were treated to an informative, efficient and entertaining tour of this vast place. As an aside Vicky took some amazing photos of us on our own and his phone camera (air dropping them after each tour). Quite how he managed to capture the angle and the moment to make it look like there was hardly anyone around we don’t know. We would recommend both tours and have not been coerced in any way to give a favourable review - the tours were fantastic and deserve our praise.

Money waste - Javed Khan came as a guide for us. A total of 13 members came for taj mahal with our family. His service was very poor. He himself took all our mobiles except two mobiles, then he put the review for himself. He did not guide us till the last minute. He was busy putting the reviews. And he has taken all our family members to one shop and he forced us to purchase all items. Very disappointed with Javed khan

Worst Experience with guide - Javed Khan is the very worst guide. He did not explain a few points about the Taj Mahal. He was concentrating in putting the reviews from the guest's phone. He did not get permission from us, he himself asks for our mobile and he himself puts reviews about him. He and the photographer jointly fooled us. Javed Khan did not explain previously about photography cost and later he looted more money from us.
