impressive India trips - Guides are nice. Transportation is good. However, it will be good if customers can skip the everydays's awkward shopping routine.

Great experience - It was a very nice tour, with interesting guides for each station. The driver Mr. Harish was very experienced and prudent in Indian traffic. The choice of yoga place 15 km in the mountains near Rishikesh was wonderful. Pick-up times were reliably adhered to. Always happy to do it again.

North and South India Tour - Took a trip through the North and South of India with Ghum India Ghum, Saurav and his team were outstanding, from arranging tour guides and transport vehicles in Delhi, Agra, Jaipur, Varanasi, Mumbai, Goa and Chennai to arranging accommodation in each of the cities, drop-offs, pickups from airports, train stations, and making sure we were seen to throughout our holiday. I have no hesitation in recommending this tour company. They were punctual, the drivers and guides where knowledgeable – spoke english, we did not have a day were we were left stranded, or their services faltered We had a tailor made itinerary including places we were interested in, Ghum India Ghum made sure that we had the best experience in this land, daily activities, sightseeing, shopping as well as holy sites. Should I ever return to India, I will undoubtedly use Ghum India Ghum again, they surpassed my expectations, their pricing was reasonable (Given that we travelled during the peak season)

They are the reason why we could enjoy our holiday stress-free - I was somehow hesitant in booking with a tour operator because I hadn't had good experiences in the past. I am so glad that my partner convinced me to boo with Ghum India Ghum. This can be well summarised in four points.   The booking: The care, flexibility, and professionalism they have shown are incredible. We gave them a list of places we wanted to visit, how many days we had to visit them, our approximate budget, and a few more preferences. From that they mixed and matched some of the packages they offer as standard and created an ad hoc private tour for us, adding a few places that we didn't know about but that we ended up loving. Plus, the checked live with us for regular feedback and request/complain (which we didn't have).   The Guides: We had a dedicated guide in each city, and each of them gave us an extensive insight on what we were visiting, adapting their styles to what we were most interested in. Also, this is the first travel in which my partner and I have couple pictures that are not selfies. Most guides showed us great spots and took pictures of us there.    The driver: For the first half of our journey, Deepak was our driver. He welcomed us when we arrived in the country and accompanied us until it was time to fly south. He was punctual, incredibly polite, and respectful. He offered some explanation every time we passed something interesting, pointing it out to us, and stopped whenever we wanted to take a picture or see something.  He's also a great driver, and we always felt safe, even while driving on the busiest roads.  He was honestly great, and if you end up with him, consider yourself lucky.    The accommodation: They booked accommodation based on the budget after asking if we were interested in upgrading it to 5-star hotels. We choose to stick to 3 stars, and they did a great job providing adequate hotels with breakfast included. Useful tip: Most hotels have no heating, and in the north in winter, it can be quite cold/chilly at night in the room. Bring some warm clothing.    Overall, I would definitely recommend booking with them if you want to enjoy your journey free from any worries.

Fantastic tour - We had a wonderful experience. We visited many countries in our lives but our experience with Ghum India Ghum and India as a whole beats most if not all of them. Deepak was a fantastic and helpful driver, really making this a memorable journey.

Don't hesitate to book Ghum India Ghum! - Ghum India Ghum (GIG) has got to be hands down one of the best tour agencies I've traveled with. From the planning stages to the end of the trip, they provided us with fantastic services and were very attentive to our needs. As two ladies traveling from Canada to India, Mr Saurav (the owner) would respond to us during our local time during the planning stages. They also allow for custom itinerary! We felt very safe when we got to India and shootout to Mr. Deepak Singh! He was a very skilled driver who has your back when you need him to help you in any way! He was the MVP of the trip and made us feel like family while we were there. We ended up calling him our big brother as he took care of us while I had medical issues. There was many other guides that took us around throughout the monuments and we wanted to thank them all as they were very educational. Notably, Raj (one of the senior guides) at the Agra was very good at taking pictures and we even took some pointers from him when we ended up going to Baby Taj and in Mumbai, Jeetu, Sajid and Saddam made us laugh and helped end our trip on a high note. I would highly recommend going with GIG and wouldn't hesitate with traveling with them again if I go back to India.

Delhi Agra Jaipur Trip - Trip was very good, driver ji Deepak was very courteous and with good knowledge. Even guide of monuments were very good and even clicked photos of us. The back end persons were also very cooperative and was always in connect for taking feedback. The welcome part with boutique in Delhi was complete surprise.
